Will probably never use this place again. Took a men's toiletry bag in to get my intitals stitched into it and it came out pretty horrible. When I dropped it off they told me it would be big letters and in the middle. I got the exact opposite. Small letters and no where close to the center. Pretty disappointed as this was one of my Christmas presents from my wife. read more

Went in to get some new company shirts done and overall I'm pretty pleased. They did the digitizing of the artwork within a few days and then after tweaking the colors a few times we arrived at a great looking embroidery of the company logo. From there is was just a few days to have some nice , new shirts with my company logo. The pricing is fair and the embroidery quality looks good. One complaint would be that I have several shirts done and some have the logo at a different angle (some are horizontal, some slant to the left and some slant to the right). If I order more I will make sure they watch that closer but overall I'm happy. Enjoy! read more

This past Wednesday I came into Absolutely monogramming to get a couple of items IMMEDIATELY embroidered. It was about 4:15 which was fairly late but I knew that it could be done because I've worked with them in the past and I was also willing to pay whatever I had to ( which I mentioned multiple times ). Needless to say, my sketches were reviewed and the two employees said that it could be done. Being that it was late, the " digitizer " was out for the day but she would start working on this project as soon as she gets there in the morning ( 8 am ). They also insisted that I leave my personal items ( new era hats and beanies ) so that the " digitizer " would have a better shot at the hats coming out perfect. Right? Well the next day came and I didn't hear from ANYONE. Hours rolled by and it now was 3:30. So I made my way back to pick up my items. When I walked in, the same employees that helped me were there. Also... guess who else? THE DIGITIZER! When the guy noticed who I was, he ran to the back for a couple minutes and then came up to me and just looked at me. When I mentioned that I came to pick up my things, he literally went to the back and grabbed them as if he knew he messed up. The other two females just looked away. Now with this being said, I've worked in customer service for years ( management btw ). And this experiences as very unprofessional. A common courtesy call could have been done just to simply let me know " hey we have yet to start but we are definitely making it a priority". Maybe an apology for saying that the job could be done or apologizing for the the way your employees mishandled this job. None of these things were done and I will never walk into this establishment again. For the record, there were two customers ahead of me which did not look like me ( ethnically ). Who's orders were placed AND a date when it would be done. I wonder why my order was placed to the side... my money is green just like there's. read more

Recently had a job sent here for work that didn't turn out too well. In my opinion, and I'm no professional, they attempted to use a direct garment printer in a situation that was totally inappropriate, which resulted in the ruining of the garment. It seemed obvious to me that it wouldn't work, but they tried anyway. They did make good and order replacements that we brought somewhere else, but it was a waste of time. I'll probably give them another shot. read more

I bought a booksack here with monogramming for $50 and when it was finished it was damp with oxyclean and a spaghetti stain. Played cat and mouse about it. They couldn't give me a pro rate on the spot for it, instead told me to go home and try to wash it out. What kind of customer service is this. They gave me a $15 gift card for monogramming but why would I come back after they tried to pull a fast one on me. The staff was great about it , the owner not so much. The owner is the problem and allows her staff to treat her customers just as awful as she does. They have stolen from us and refused to make our order right or refund our money. Don't even try and have a conversation with the owner about why you are unsatisfied she doesn't want to hear it. She just wants to blame you for the incorrect order. The quality is poor and the alignment of our logo was crooked. They sent the order back to be corrected, but not after arguing with me that it was straight in the 1st place. Received the order back the second time and it was still incorrect and now we are missing an item. No return call from them on this. Stay away from them at all costs. So unprofessional. All they had to do was call and say our order came in, but it was crooked so we sent it back to the printer to have it fixed.
