Along the way she kept me up to date on the eta and upon arrival she took the time to find parking (not an easy task at my place of work) so that she could meet me on the ninth floor where my "office" is located. Other similar services would have expected me to get away from work and meet them on the first floor lobby, which Is difficult, if not impossible, for me to do. It's difficult to find someone that is as willing to go out of their way as this company, in order to be truly helpful.
