I had scheduled to meet with multiple contractors, but Erazo's was the only one who showed up on time and ready to work. Jennifer, who handles all the admin work, was a dream to work with! She promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up to my place on time with measuring tools. Then, she had Fabrizio come in to answer and discuss questions about the paint job itself. I needed a quick turnaround, and they were able to schedule me for painting the next day. Fabrizio is a perfectionist and really cares about his craft. Instead of nickle and diming like many other contractors, he even brought his own white paint to touch up parts of the trim to ensure clean lines after painting the walls light grey. Fast forward to now and we had a bird break a panel and accessed our soffit vents. I called Real1 Construction and Jason came out again identified then bird damage in about 20 minutes. Only two days later and under an hour of work our bird damage was replaced. Again it was a fast and positive experience for us. Would highly recommend Real1 Construction if you need roof work.
