ABI Home Repair is awesome! I called and spoke with Billy about a concern I had over replacing an electrical outlet. He came out to take a look the very next day. Not only is Billy incredibly knowledgeable, he is also friendly, easy to talk to, and just has a great personality overall. He took the time to look at my issue and not only fixed it for me but also explained what he was doing and why, giving me a little crash course in electrical circuits. I am the type of person that asks a lot of questions and he answered all of them with a smile. We also talked a little about some other work to consider in the future but I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything. The price for the repair along with his time and tips he shared with me was more than reasonable. I am so happy with ABI. I hired ABI on the recommendation of a friend who had their basement remodel done by ABI. I called ABI and Hanni came out quickly to survey the work my wife and I needed done. He was back within a couple days to take down cabinets my wife no longer wanted in our mudroom and install new faucets, towel holders, hang artwork, add locks to our sliding doors and a bunch of other things. Hanni had to come back a 2nd day because the wall patching had to dry before he could paint. The paint job in the 4 areas all look fantastic. Hanni even brought my 2 young kids coloring books and crayons on the 2nd day. Also, ABI's prices were significantly lower than anyone else I had spoken with. FANTASTIC!!!!! I had leaking water heaters and well pump which required me to mop the basement every six hours for three days until I researched and found Billy at ABI. He came out the same day, diagnosed the correct problem quickly, came back the next day and replaced two water heaters and a well pump. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He found a couple of other non-emergency issues in my basement, recommended, but did not "push" the repairs immediately and worked for ten hours to complete the job the same day! Very reasonable prices and for the first time in my home-owners career didn't feel like I got "taken" I will definitely use his services again! read more

We have hired ABI a couple of times since we moved into our new home and have been nothing but pleased. Billy first came out to mount our new TV and wire it behind the wall. His brother Hani then came out to patch and paint a majority of our home including the two story walls in the common areas. Looks fantastic! Billy came out a second time and installed a ceiling light fixture to connect with the wall switches and dimmer. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Billy is a lifesaver! My sump pump went out flooding my basement. We called Billy and he was there right away - handled replacing my sump pump so quickly. Days later I called Billy again, as my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He made time on a Saturday (I only have weekends off) to come and replace my water heater. He's beyond knowledgeable and even helped point different things out in my house that I was unaware of. I had called three other electrical companies to inquire about hanging my new chandelier on a 17ft ceiling, all of which turned it down immediately.
