I have worked with several contractors before on this and previous homes. I apparently have high standards few can meet. These guys were really good. Nothing is perfect, but they sure tried to be. My deck is gorgeous and solid. Everything it should be. They were flexible and helpful and professional. They also provided and architect to design the deck to meet our needs. I had some concerns after the build was done and they were paid (not saying they did anything wrong, but some things I would have liked to have been done differently). They bent over backwards after the fact (and after they were already paid) to make us happy. Including spending more time and materials on my project. I would literally use these guys for anything they would want to do for me. Great experience. Also, their quotes were either in line or less expensive than others for the deck project. If a company has the tools to take measurements on-site, there's no reason an estimate should take this long. Then I got the quote. It was about double what I thought it would be, and all the options we discussed him pricing out were not included. I responded immediately and asked some follow up questions on the price, and received no response (it's been about a month, so I think the ship has sailed). I asked a friend and she said this often happens when someone doesn't want to do a job, that they over quote you. That makes me sad, I just wish they had given me an honest quote and then told me if they couldn't schedule me because the job was too _________. (Insert whatever made them over quote - too small, annoying?) So my only advice would be to ask before scheduling if there are only certain sizes of jobs they are accepting?

I am giving three stars because of the average here. Branden was a phenomenal and very helpful sales rep that got me what I wanted for 3 properties that I am redoing kitchens on. I put down deposits on the stone to make sure it didn't get resold and then the cabinets templated. When it came to scheduling all of this that's where it went wrong. Emily was very unprofessional and touts her past experience in the granite business while being rude and disrespectful. I was told I was having a kitchen install done on a Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon I was finally called to tell me there was a problem. We fixed the problem that afternoon and am now just waiting on an install date for this project that has been paid for, it's Monday and I am not back on the schedule. Then another property was supposed to be on the schedule for templates on Monday and it got taken off and had I not called to find out what time they would be there, I wouldn't have known there was an issue with them not coming at all. Emily is apparently the end all be all of this company and was super quick To say she would rather refund my money and have me go to another company then solve the problem or not be rude. Don't spend your money here. Find someone with a better business sense and go with them. These people specifically Emily, don't care about your timelines or concerns or their own integrity. I will never do business with them again because of Emily.
