The biggest lie being that I was told by the salesman that I could have a ridge vent installed for $890, then when a different guy came by so I could pick out my shingles he told me it would be $2000. My neighbor used them a couple weeks before I did, and come to find out, they only charged them $300 for their ridge vet. They also fell through my ceiling and the person they got to fix it did an awful job. I had to fight with them to let me take money off of what I owed them so I could get it fixed myself. There's more, but those are the biggest issues. I recommend you stay far away from this company.

When I inquired about having someone come out to look, I was informed 1) they no longer do residential roofs 2) the job was completed and there is no guarantee on the work, so I would have to pay again for a new job. If you get any roof work w Deer Park, expect that you cant even get a 1 week warranty on the job. Pretty sad when even McDonalds has superior customer service compared to this place as I was interrupted continuously when asking to speak with whoever is in charge.
