We were referred here by our pediatrician. My 1st impression was not great. Out of all the staff…read moremembers that walked in (about 10 maybe more) only 2 said good morning, the others looked at us but never opened their mouths...which I thought was very rude. And when my daughter said "Hi" to one of the staff as they walked by they didn't say a word just kept going and ignored her. My husband wanted to leave and said we should find somewhere else to treat our daughter bc the staff was so rude. I decided to stay and let my daughter have her eval done. Her therapist McKenzie was very sweet and my daughter just loved her, ( 2 Thumbs up for McKenzie) but I really think the rest of staff could use some EXTRA training in customer/client service. A "hi" or "Good morning" goes a long way. 1st impression is a lasting impression. Not sure if we'll choose to have our daughter treated here but we'll have to see.

My experience at Sovereign Rehab was excellent! I felt like I was going to visit family each time I went, and the rehab was made fun by the atmosphere created. There were people there of different ages and different ailments, and each therapist works with each other for a more complete goal towards independence. My therapist, Zach Hollis, was very knowledgeable in not only my tibia/fibula break, but also medical conditions that could have hindered my success in independence. He wasn't afraid to say if he didn't know the answer to a question (which I appreciated his honesty!) and would either look it up or ask another therapist. He made me enjoy coming, was encouraging, down to earth, yet challenged me to work hard. He also was willing to think outside the box for new ways for me to get better. Loved everyone who works there, and they seriously are so proud of you that it makes you not want to leave once you are discharged! Great experience, and if I ever need physical therapy again, I will choose - and recommend - Sovereign Rehabilitation!

I decided to give Sovereign a try because of a rave review from a friend. I was not disappointed! Erica took the time to discuss with me all of my complaints and created a plan specific to my needs! No other place I've been to has ever done that! I was so impressed. She gave me things to do at home and in the course of twice a week for 13 weeks I improved so much! Yes, 13 weeks sounds like a very long time, my initial RX was for 4 weeks, but I was so happy with my amount of improvemended I asked the Dr. for another RX! That's how much I LOVE this place. It was worth every penny of reaching my deductible to continue to be treated here. I've gotten to know most of the Therapists here and adored all of them, they love what they do and it shows. This was the perfect place. Caitlin was what I needed. She listened and change things to work different challenges that popped up. I was never bored with the either the homework or the activities there. I always felt 100% better every time my hour was up. Tired but better. She begins therapy promptly for all scheduled appointments and is very knowledgeable about injuries to different parts of the body. She provided very professional and personalized treatment at all visits. All appointments are 1:1 and private. All patient appointments are scheduled separately which ensures patient privacy for everyone at ALL appointments. The office staff also provided prompt and friendly service. Sharon is very positive person so friendly kind and she try's to do her best to help us to enroll with them fast. I went through severe withdrawals. I was admitted to the hospital. They wouldn't answer nor call back the hospital, my husband or my mom. I could have died had I not gone to the ER. And then the best part....they LIED when the Dr asked them why it was empty and wasn't refilled and they lied and said I chose to go On vacation instead!! Seriously!!! Who would go On a trip knowing they're gonna run out of Meds...and you'd withdraw the whole time...SERIOUSLY??? That's thebstupidest crap I've ever heard. they aren't honest and they suck at their job. FIND ANOTHER DR. Please. Don't get sucked into this hell hole!
