There have been no consequences or side effects. She is personable and delightful as well. Actually I showed her another issue I was having which she diagnosed immediately and I was able to get care the same day with a professional that treats the issue I was experiencing. On another matter: Her office staff called me twice to make sure I received the result of an mri I had. Dr. Iones followed up to make sure that I was seeing a doctor for an issue that appeared on the mri. I highly recommend Dr. Iones if you need a neurologist as I have been to three others over the years and none compare on any level.

She was extremely patient and she took the time to listen and understood all that was going on with me. Now, I am very confident that my on-going health issues will be properly identified and treated. Thank you, Dr Iones!

I did not need another appointment for Dr. Greenhouse to read the result to me. I just saw her in the office a week prior. Per office staff ( not Michele, she is the best!) I had to make another office appointment in order for her to go over the MRI per "the policy". I would have to be put on the cancelation list and hope someone cancels soon. I find this unacceptable and canceled my follow up appointments for December and will not be returning to this practice. Unfortunately, I probably should have asked to speak with Dr. Greenhouse herself if she was willing to return a call and maybe she would have been more understanding? All I can say Dr. Greenhouse, I hope you listen to the voicemails your patients leave and not just rely on your office staff because she obviously does not understand how to prioritize what they are requesting. Maybe she is relative in some way to Dr. Greenhouse because I cannot see how she has a job there for so long!

She will never admit to you that your problem may be beyond her scope of knowledge. After 9 months of treatment that never worked I saw a specialist at another facility. She misdiagnosed me, that's why nothing worked. I had small strokes and she never treated me with appropriate medication to prevent further strokes as well. She may seem supportive but her knowledge is limited to simple problems. Find a knowledgeable neurologist with compassion this is not the one.

When I arrived I was told I was a "no show" because my appt was at 1:20 when I had written down on 2 different calendars that it was 1:40. I believe the receptionist put me in the wrong slot. Almost in tears, I expressed how long I've waited, how much pain I've been in and that it would be impossible for me to leave work again. I was told to wait and sat for over 30 mins to be told Dr. Khoury wouldn't see me. But "the good news was they wouldn't charge me for a no show fee!!" Unbelievable! I refused to make another appt with a doctor who would handle a matter like this and care so little about a new and scared patient. I had neber been more upset and dissapointed in a doctors office. The next day at work a co-worker told me she had waited almost 2 hours for him while he saw patients at the hopsital. Dr. T. takes his medical training and experience and helps me understand CT's, MRI's, blood labs, and blends these with my subjective reports so that I have a comprehensive understanding of what my other specialists simply do not do. My father was recommended by his primary physician to see a neurologist due to the unusual appearance of his hand. I happened to be visiting for the week, and it was very frustrating for me that every office he was referred to did not have any appointments for two months. I spoke to his chiropractor, who is a family friend, and he stressed the fact that waiting two months was not acceptable. My father is hard of hearing, and not really savvy on social media. Since YELP is my go to for everything, I decided to research other offices and see if I could find him an appointment much sooner. Being in the dental industry, it is very important for me to read credentials and reviews from patients. I was very impressed with Dr. Scopelliti's back ground, so with fingers crossed, I made the call. Ladies and gentlemen, I felt like I was reaching out to an old friend. Debbie was so kind and understanding! Having an aging parent can be very challenging, but she was very patient as my dad chimed in his two cents from the background. She was able to get my father an appointment in four days. We chatted for a bit about what it is like to be a patient provider. She told me about the doctor, and the one on one experience he provides. I sent her dad's insurance information, and she was kind enough to reach out within the hour to explain about his patient portion. I was really looking forward to meeting the team, but circumstances came up and I sent my mom. I wanted her to be able to understand what the Dr. was diagnosing, and due to HIPPA regulations, I wanted her to be able to have future discussions if need be. When they came home, Dad gave rave reviews about Dr. S. He treated him for a full hour, had strict Covid guidelines, and dad had a better understanding about what was happening to his body. I am so very thankful for these people. In this time of uncertainty, you think the worst outcome possible. Dad was convinced he had one foot in the grave, and was discussing his burial wishes. I told him only the good die young, and he has plenty of years left! We have a little work to do to get him on the mend, but thanks to Dr. S and his extremely thorough exam....there will be many more visits with my family. If you are looking for a knowledge neurologist, look no further. This practice went above and beyond! Heartfelt thanks to both Debbie and Dr. Scopelliti! Beth Soncrant
