He aggressively removed the parts, shelves and drawers from the refrigerator and even scratched one of the drawers with a knife while attempting to scrape off ice. When I stepped away briefly to get the upfront service call payment, I returned to find him eating our grapes from a bowl on the counter. When questioned, he simply commented that the grapes were "really good." He informed me that he needed to leave to get a part and would return within two hours, which would've been around 3:00pm. Around 4:00pm, he texted my husband to apologize and stated he would arrive around 5:00pm. At 5:30pm, after my husband reached out again, the technician replied that he was finishing his last job and would arrive shortly. He ultimately did not return until 6:30pm. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional, and we will not be recommending or using this company again.

On a 30 minute quick wash, it would take about 2 hours. After 3 visits and replacing a soap valve and a timer module, the problem still existed. I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me. I paid $120.00 for the wrong diagnosis, bought 2 parts I did not need, and somehow in her mind, she feels it was not there fault.
