I was going here for well over 2 years and it was always a difficult task to get in and to make appointments ahead of time for the week. You have to make them two or three weeks ahead of time and I don't always know my schedule ahead of time. Saturday mornings worked best for me and he wouldn't give me those timeslots as I wasn't a "new customer". He saved those for the new customers. He kept my money also. I used to like coming there until it felt disrespectful of my time and a little bit creepy. A lot of arrogance with him and his scheduling and he is not accommodating to existing customers, and he certainly is not good at Customer Service. I absolutely would not give this person your money and I would run as fast as I can. Slimgivity is a great concept, you can find other areas in the cities that will accommodate the Red Light Therapy with the wrapping of your body the targets difficult spots that hold fat. I haven't been for a few years. I can finally write a review that is true and justified. Eric blocked me from all social media initially and immediately as he knew I was going to write a review.
