I was going here for well over 2 years and it was always a difficult task to get in and to make appointments ahead of time for the week. You have to make them two or three weeks ahead of time and I don't always know my schedule ahead of time. Saturday mornings worked best for me and he wouldn't give me those timeslots as I wasn't a "new customer". He saved those for the new customers. He kept my money also. I used to like coming there until it felt disrespectful of my time and a little bit creepy. A lot of arrogance with him and his scheduling and he is not accommodating to existing customers, and he certainly is not good at Customer Service. I absolutely would not give this person your money and I would run as fast as I can. Slimgivity is a great concept, you can find other areas in the cities that will accommodate the Red Light Therapy with the wrapping of your body the targets difficult spots that hold fat. I haven't been for a few years. I can finally write a review that is true and justified. Eric blocked me from all social media initially and immediately as he knew I was going to write a review. He still owes me $110 as he wouldn't reimburse me when I could not get in for appointments. I had pretty much had it with him and his lack of customer service and I told him exactly that. He would not give me my money back. Run as fast as you can from this business. He doesn't deserve your time or money.

I cannot stress enough how relaxed and at ease the process was. Upon arriving I was tucked into my cozy treatment bed. This bed was a huge perk, comfy blankets, and it's adjusted for comfort by remote (Tracey took care of that). I have been to quite a few Med Spas in the Twin Cities, and they all have differing opinions and recommendations on my skin. Tracey by far provided the most gracious and well rounded advice. She immediately assessed my skin, and did not inflate or exaggerate areas of improvement. I had such a great experience that I decided to sign up for their monthly membership. Which is a great way to save on ongoing facials, injections, products, etc. It's taken years, but I finally found a medspa that I can feel comfortable at! The good: easy scheduling The better: beautiful and comfortable setting The best: top notch owners who do not up-sell or pressure. These are the experts and I feel lucky to have found them. Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too.
