I was initially quoted $1,000, but when we arrived at the job site, the price suddenly became $1,350. What was even more concerning was the lack of technical coordination. Nobody in the office could clearly confirm whether a spreader bar was required to properly distribute the load. The driver also seemed unsure. For a crane company handling heavy HVAC equipment, these are basic details that should be confirmed before arriving at the job site--not figured out in front of the customer. The driver's attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of professionally addressing the issue, he was rude, confrontational, and seemed more interested in arguing with the customer than completing the job. It appears that the company has grown quickly, but its communication, technical knowledge, and field operations have not kept up with that growth. For a crane company, reliable communication, accurate pricing, proper rigging knowledge, and professional behavior are not optional--they are the foundation of the service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Honestly, even one star feels generous.

Excellent service, communication and technical ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs…read more We have a commercial low temperature American Dish Service dishwasher. We have had the worst time trying to find an experienced repair and maintenance service. The two other companies sent people out that did not know our machine and were looking up how to fix it on their cell phone while they were here and ultimately told us there was nothing wrong with the machine but still could not even tell us how the water temperature worked. The company that sold us the machine does not provide any kind of repair service, the manufacturer of the machine does not provide any repair or technical support to the end user and would refer us back to the company we bought it from. After extensive Googling and calling ever repair service, many were willing to set an appointment even though they could not tell me if their technicians had experience with our machine and the person booking the appointment had never heard of American Dish Service equipment. I finally found National Appliance Repair and spoke with David. I was able to send David the info on our machine and videos/pictures of what we were experiencing - loud noise that was the solenoid valve and the upper spray arm was not rotating. I booked an appointment with David and he and Richard came out to look at the machine. They confirmed the solenoid needed to be replaced and that the upper and also the lower spray arms were not rotating as well as the sprayer holes being clogged. They were also able to explain the temperature function - our machine does not heat the water, it is controlled by the setting on our water heater. No one prior to this could help us figure out about the machine. No other service, the people who sold it to us or the person that sells us our chemicals and comes out to make sure the proper amounts are being distributed. I was sent a quote by the end of the day, informed on how long it would take to get the replacement part. We signed the quote, booked a time based on the part being shipped, was sent reminders and confirmations of appointment. Very clear communication. Richard and Gary just came and replaced solenoid valve. Got both the spray bars spinning and working properly, descaled the machine/performed all maintenance AND taught us how to take care of it and do the routine descaling. Also they used OEM parts for our machine. They were very clear on what products we are to use for the descaling in the future. Thank you to David, Richard and Gary for providing great service and actually caring about the work you are doing. We are a non-profit in animal welfare and we have to have properly functioning equipment for the health of our animals and have to spend any money on repairs wisely.

They came in on a Friday when the doctors are not in the office. They walked through the office and gave a quote that was double the amount that we were originally quoted on the phone. Nevertheless we went ahead and used them, since they were there. The odor from the cleaning solutions were so strong that the one staff present, who is pregnant, had to leave the office as soon as they said they were finished. We realized the next week that the main Doctor's office had not been cleaned, so we called and they said they would come back the following Monday morning. I spoke with someone before we left the office on Thursday, and we are not here Friday or on the weekend. Needless to say, they didn't show up Monday, though we didn't think about it until yesterday, and so I called today. The woman who answered said that somebody had called to confirm and nobody answered. I asked why they didn't leave a voicemail, as our office was closed, and we did not know there would be a confirmation call, as we had spoken right before we left the office for the weekend. They had not called to confirm the first visit when we paid $600. She said it was now too late (one week after) and that there was nothing they could do. I was stunned and said this can't be the way they do business. They forget to clean the Doctor's main office, say they'll come back, don't show up or leave a message, then say it's too late. She connected me to the manager Amir, who was incredibly rude and said it was our fault, and there was nothing he could do. Then he said they could come right now. I explained the doctor is in with patients, and the only two days the room is accessible is on Mondays and Fridays. He said too bad, if we wanted it cleaned the doctor would have to leave his office for twenty minutes. That they would lose more money than the doctor by coming on Friday or Monday so if we wanted them to come clean the room they had forgotten, the doctor would have to cancel patients and leave the room for cleaning. I said I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute the cost with our Credit Card Company so that we are reimbursed what the cost is to have somebody else come out to clean that room. He said good luck. It's hard to believe a company can give such blatantly bad service. The quote on the phone was doubled when they came in. It is questionable whether all the substances used were in fact non-toxic, as the odor was so strong the office had to be cleared out. The technician walks through the office and gives the quote, then forgets to clean one room--the main office. They make an appointment to come back, which is confirmed at end of day before weekend, then they don't show up, saying they called--while we were not open--and since we didn't answer they decide to not come. They leave no message to let us know. When we take a week to get back to them they say it is now too late, unless we want to cancel patients and let them clean during business hours immediately. We can easily find a new company to clean our carpets from now on, and we know our credit card company will reimburse the payment, so we are not worried for our sake. We do however want to make prospective clients aware of how they do business.

The lady that answered the phone (dispatcher) was on the ball and got me all the I formation I needed for booking. I had a 10 30 am appointment and I rolled in around 10 10. The driver was already there assessing the job at hand. I started disconnecting the many screws holding the plenum and intake on. He saw that there were dozens of screws and he startd unscrew right there. A huge boost. He then worked hard, getting the new unit on the roof and the old unit off the roof.
