I had to leave this review after trying to work with Elliott roofing on the subpar experience. On…read morethe phone multiple times this week and last week with a sweetheart of Hannah and Amy. Unfortunately we LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LE$$ON. Key points in this review *Appointment moved back a day because Elliott roofing had to move it. (24 hrs notice) *Crew late - appointment was for morning - showed up at 5 mins til 5pm. I called to confirm they were coming every hour after 12 noon. *Nails left in yard (My two toddlers in my backyard daily) *Shingles mismatched -Very noticable (see pictures) So at the end of the day did our roof get repaired.... Yes. Did it fix the leak...still to be determined as it hasn't rained. If it needs repaired again I will update this review. Sadly we used Elliott roofing after I trusted the words that the guy who inspected it (Hollis) and sold me on his company. I was sure we would get great service and a great job done. He explained that the shingles would be very close to where we wouldn't notice a difference in the shingles. However when the crew showed up and they argued about the shingles being the wrong color.... I don't speak great Spanish but I did catch that. -1 Star The nervous me started calling on the hour after noon struck and I hadn't heard or seen anything of a crew being late or even coming at all. Poor communication in my perspective. -1 Star Anyone reading this have small children? Imagine them going to play in the backyard only to discover a plethora of nails the crew left behind scattered around the patio/grass. Makes you feel good and safe huh? -1 Star So I call and talk to a very understanding Amy (not sure of spelling my apologies) she says the invoice that went out might be able to be adjusted after I had called her shortly after the crew left. She was to get back with me the next day.... That took a few days for her to get me the unfortunate news that the invoice is what it is. Yeppers you read THAT correct. Nothing can be done about my experience. Hopefully now that you have read my review you can make a decision to go with a different company as I should have and will continue to do business with after my expensive LE$$ON. Without hesitation, we called them and within 2 weeks they were in and look wonderful. Again with the exceptional workmanship and customer care. We even were delayed a day on the install because of the excessive high winds. It was not an inconvenience it was a relief that they cared more about their workers than a payment. Here is the truth of it. I don't know these people, I am just a customer out of convenience. They have treated me better than family and even brought "Dolly" out to meet my grandchildren on the final inspection. That says a lot. We have a family friend who has always done our windows and now letting McCanns take them on possibly because they have done such an exceptional job for us everywhere else... and our friend can stay retired. Thankfully, I saw how they operate before moving forward. I asked for pricing upfront before scheduling help to connect my WiFi. They did not disclose the cost. After the visit, I was charged $99 for what amounted to pressing a button--something that took seconds and required no real service. Charging customers without clearly disclosing pricing beforehand is unacceptable. It feels misleading and shows a lack of transparency. This experience completely broke my trust. If this is how they handle a simple service call, I have no confidence in how they would handle larger, more expensive work. I will not be using them again, and I would caution others to get clear, written pricing before agreeing to any service.

I really wanted to give this company the opportunity to make things right, but unfortunately I was…read moredisappointed multiple times. The original cleaning did not provide what was promised. Before-and-after photos were also supposed to be provided, but only before photos were taken. This was especially frustrating because the after photos would have documented the condition of the home when the cleaner finished and the areas that were left untouched. After I raised my concerns, I was offered a complimentary touch-up with a different cleaner. Unfortunately, the replacement cleaner had to leave early because her boyfriend needed the car, so once again the cleaning was not completed as promised. What disappointed me most was that after all of this, the owner never followed up to see if the issue had actually been resolved. After paying $210 for the original service and giving them another opportunity to correct it, I still did not receive the service I was promised. I really wanted to be able to recommend them, but this was a huge disappointment and ultimately a waste of money. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
