The ladies have worked diligently in a professional manner. I have gotten to know Star and April as they have been very friendly. From the beginning I've asked them to wear shoe covers, as I have light beige carpet in one area. They regularly put the shoe covers on as they arrive. The ladies come every other week normally, but a few times I have asked Brandy, who organizes the business, to make a one-time schedule change to accommodate events in my life. Without hesitation my requests have been arranged. I appreciate how Star and April work carefully. I can recommend Molly Maid.

I love that they bring everything to clean with them. And I love the peace of mind after finding out about all the insurance they have so the homeowner isn't liable for anything. The first clean is a little pricey..I understand that.. but the pricing for regular cleans is super good.. if you're on the fence about having a cleaning service.. just do it! I recently bought a home off market and went to move in this past holiday weekend (Memorial Day). Upon moving in, I realized the house wasn't cleaned in the slightest. Dirty baseboards, dusty closets, grimy bathroom floors. An absolute nightmare. I reached out to Christina about this who responded immediately. Trevor, the owner, was at my house same day to look things over and help schedule the clean for the weekend. The following day, Audrea spent the morning cleaning and Sabrina finished that afternoon. Audrea was then back again Sunday morning to finish cleaning. She wasn't happy with how the bathroom floors looked even after cleaning and put in a lot of effort to figure out how to get the dirt and grout out of the bathroom tiles. She did an amazing job making the floor look almost new. It wasn't perfect, but I'm not sure if the bathroom floors had been cleaned in 10+ years. She went to Home Depot before coming over that day and worked with Trevor to find a cleaning solution to help with the floors. That kind of effort is rare these days! Both ladies did an amazing job cleaning my home and helping me feel more comfortable when I was very unhappy upon moving in. I'm so appreciative of Christina and Trevor for the amount of effort they put in to help me in this terrible situation. The fact that 2 of their cleaners were able to come over the holiday weekend so last minute tells me everything I need to know about this company. Trevor was also there for a final walkthrough once the job was complete. Customer service is a dying art in this world and having a company put in the amount of effort that they did for such an extreme request at the last minute says more about them than I could put into words. I would recommend Heritage Shine Cleaners to anyone because of this alone. They are reliable, hardworking, and communicative. Will definitely be continuing to use them moving forward.
