The vanity was the wrong size and he had to take it back to modify it. Then the kitchen cabinet doors began to fall off. HE USED THE WRONG SCREWS! How embarrassing for him. He couldn't figure out how to remove the drawer fronts for replacement...I unscrewed them and they came right off. HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE HIS OWN STEPLADDER. Had to wait over a week for him to respond to messages. After he was notified that the doors were falling off, he was not apologetic. His communication is poor and he's argumentative. He was congenial to my husband but rude to me when my husband wasn't around. Even after letting him change out the screws, turns out he didn't replace all of them and more hinges came loose! Finally got him to drop off more screws so we could finish the job. Now that we are prepping to paint the doors, it's apparent that his work is sloppy. They were supposed to be sanded and paint-ready but there are many raw edges and excess glue and wood filler that should have been sanded away. They were covered in sawdust so we assumed they are all properly sanded, but they are not. Very disappointed. He takes half the money up front with no refunds so you're stuck with whatever you get. He was disrespectful to me and my home. Should have just ordered doors and a premade vanity from a reputable store.
