Able Moving Service moved some tenants out of our home and damaged the walls and wall hangings on the way out. When I contacted the owner of the company he was very rude and sarcastic denying liability although the tenant that moved out saw the damage happen when movers lost control of a bedframe which then slammed into the wall going down the stairs. I have paperwork on my desk to take them to small claims court. read more

Couldn't get them to work.....unreliable is a pretty big red flag. His quote was 25% higher and he bailed still...as soon as I offered him the job he wanted more money read more

The owner was rude when I called for a quote for a long distance move. I asked a couple questions and he answered me like I should know the answer!!! I didn't bother going any further with this company. read more

where to begin..call able if you: 1)like dealing with unprofessional movers who should not be in the business 2)arrived with a filthy rental truck & only a few if any packing blankets! 3)want over 20 pieces of furniture scratched,goughed & broken! 4)want one of the so called movers to quit half way through cause the jobs too hard 5)if you like to hear complaining and the f bomb constantly 6)get no response from the owener, victor, when you contact him with pictures of the damages! hellish move! read more

The moving guys were excellent and the work we asked of them was hard so we gave the 4 movers a…read more$100 tip each unfortunately the management and organization of the move was TERRIBLE! They came with 2 trucks but they left with one empty and the other ONLY 2/3 full. I was told by one of the moving guys that it was done because they didn't want to work late. 3 days later was as soon as they could complete the "1 day job" so 4 days in total for 2 trucks and even then they only partially completed the job with 1 truck and left us with a freezer and other stuff still there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

A delivery driver for this company…read morestarted blindly backing up into me while I was biking, I moved over to the left and got out of the way. They then proceeded to pull ahead while I was beside the cab of their truck without doing any kind of check whatsoever, causing me to panic. They then parked, I told the passenger that they really need to pay attention to their surroundings when they are driving and he proceeded to tell me I am the one who should watch out. I took a picture of the back of their truck to record the license plate and their rude passenger stood beside and smiled. If you are biker, or if you care about the safety of bikers in North Bay, make sure you tell everyone you know to boycott Richard's Delivery.

I called Richard the owner right away and explained the situation. He reassured me that he would come out inspected it and have it repaired. Well it been a few years now and he never showed up. My fist mistake was paying them for the move. Don't make the same mistake I made.
