So very personable, they didn't rush, took their time and did it right. Cost was $733.34 for a new water bib from a cracked line but that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than a couple other plumbers I have called and gotten a quote on the work.

ServPro caused serious damage to my home, failed to do the work they were hired for, and is now harassing me with threats from a collection agency for payment on a job they never completed. Here's what happened: I called ServPro immediately after a major flood in my kitchen that spread into the basement. I clearly explained that the basement ceiling was insulated and needed immediate removal to prevent my brand-new hardwood floors upstairs from being destroyed. ServPro promised to send a crew that afternoon -- instead, a team showed up, set out a few fans, and left. I called both the crew and the office right away, explaining that the fans would not dry out the wet insulation. I was told they couldn't touch the drywall until they had a lead and asbestos test -- but that test wasn't even ordered until four days later. By that time, my wood floors were completely waterlogged and ruined, and the 48-hour mold window had passed. I ended up calling another company, who ordered the tests within an hour and had the drywall and insulation removed the next morning -- exactly what ServPro had promised but failed to do. After all that, ServPro had the audacity to send me a bill for setting up a few fans. When my contractor disputed it, they sent him to collections -- and after saying they'd leave him alone, they're now coming after me. ServPro has ignored every documented communication showing they didn't perform the work, their negligence caused more damage, and I had to hire someone else to fix it. Their behavior since then has been completely unprofessional and borderline harassment. If you value your home, your sanity, or your credit score, do not use ServPro. They advertise "24/7 emergency service," but they took four days to act, caused preventable damage, and are now trying to collect money for work they didn't do. ServPro should be ashamed of how they treat customers -- ignoring responsibility, damaging property through neglect, and then using threats to demand payment. Save yourself the stress and call literally anyone else.
