These are some of THE RUDEST individuals I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER step foot in there store again! (First red flag, the two times I stopped in there were no other customers in the store) Unwilling to help me, threw papers at me, and was not willing to offer a solution. Went back the very next day hoping to get help from a different EE however I was met with the same opposition. Mind you, I walked in with a smile both times asking them if they could help me yet neither employee offered any assistance and was extremely rude. I immediately went to the North Babylon location (the store had lots of customers) where I was greeted by the employees with a big smile and they assisted me from soup to nuts with kindness and patience. I walked out of North Babylon feeling like a valued customer-Five stars! The Port Jeff store would get zero stars from me if I was able to do so. Never again.

We explained the project to an associate and out came the in-store designer/decorator to help. I described the color scheme I was looking for and after pulling out 2 or 3 of those color palette cards, she helped me narrow my selection down to two awesome colors. She was RIGHT on the money! The employees are very knowledgeable regarding paint finishes and DIY tips. I would recommend this store to anyone. An array of color assortments and choices. The store has a cool lighting feature in which a customer places their desired color palette under the light and switch to different types of lighting to view how each color would look in the lighting of your room, very helpful for me as I always have a problem with that in my house.
