As…read morea person who has experienced jaw pain and other TMJ problems for many years, I was very worried about undergoing wisdom teeth extractions. Thankfully, Dr. Cassidy took my concerns very seriously and got me through the surgery with absolutely no noticeable stress to my jaw. The entire staff here was very knowledgeable and professional. All of my appointments ran on time. Though Dr. Cassidy and his associate run three separate offices in the area, this did not impact his availability. You can schedule your surgery in a different location from your consult if it works into your schedule better. Dr. Cassidy even called me to see how I was doing the evening after my surgery. He and his staff take good care of you.

Dr. Cassidy was strongly recommended for my mother's tooth extraction by our dentist (who we trust implicitly) but seemed irritated or impatient with my mom's ALZ and anxiety. I understand that those behaviors are challenging and upsetting for some people but it has me in tears thinking of his interaction with her at the consult and on the day of the extraction. He was cold, brusque, and talked over the top of my mother as she was speaking. One of my mother's behaviors is repeating herself or asking the same question again and again. This was not received well by the doctor, and his tone made that clear. When he showed this behavior at the consult, I chalked it up to a busy or not great day for him. To see it again yesterday was heartbreaking. I wish more than ever that I could have been permitted to be with her during the procedure. How did he behave with her when I wasn't in the room? The staff were all extremely kind and pleasant, including a word of compassion from the staff member who wheeled my mom to the car. I felt compelled to share my impressions and perception of our family's experience.

Ok so, the first review still holds for the most part…read more I had to have a root canal done because of the chipped tooth chipping almost right at the nerve. I'm a baby when it comes to pain.... I'll admit it. So I was not excited to have this procedure done. For the most part they did a good job. I wished I could have had something for the pain (as I said, I'm a wimp) but nothing. It took 2 visits to clear everything up as well. He talked about putting a crown on it, but never gave me specifics... Said we'd talk about it when I came in to get more work done. Um excuse me? I'm not planning on getting anymore work done! I have a calcium deficiency that acts up sometimes and makes my teeth weak in spots, but that passes and clears up. But he wanted to do "preventative" work on my teeth. No thank you. You can drill when there's a reason to drill. Thats my biggest problem. Is it so hard to find a dentist that doesn't want to just drill into your teeth?!

Dr. Steinmetz (and Sheri, who has been the Practice Manager for 28 years) are incredible and they're literally 2 minutes from my home and place of business. I was driving 40 minutes each way (what was I thinking) until Dr. Steinmetz popped into my business one day. Our entire family has switched over to using him. They treat adolescents and adults. They also do braces/invisalign. My significant other is undergoing ortho treatment and is seen every two weeks. I personally do not have dental insurance and know there are others out there in the same boat. They have a plan for $249, that includes 2 exams, 2 cleanings and all xrays. Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone is looking to make a change or establish care. They're very professional, efficient, affordable and conveniently located.

I went to Wright dental because of my insurance. I left a doctor that was out of network that I…read morereally liked and had fair prices. I had to have a bridge replaced. The office/ billing person took a long amount of time to run my insurance and she called them with questions. She came back with a price for my portion of the procedure. I had to pay this price in full before it could be started. I also asked that they get the X-ray from my other dentist since I had all ready paid for them, when I made the appointment. The dental assistant said they did not get my xrays , but that they would not charge me for them. The temporary crown was not comfortable and I had more pain with the temporary than I did with the loose bridge. I felt as if they rushed the temporary since it was a holiday weekend. Today I received a bill for 128 more dollars. No list of charges just a PAY NOW bill. I noticed when looking on my insurance that the out of network doctor s prices were covered in full. So looks like my visits and my family will gravitate to the dentist with reasonable prices and a honor when giving pricing for procedures. I have had other procedures at my other dentist and I have never been billed more. So your 128.00 bill cost you much more since my spouse needs a crown.
