I was called about being late for my appointment and I had my appointment card on my desk at work telling me I wasn't due for another hour and six months prior to that I was locked out again because they scheduled me for a Tuesday when they were closed. Today the website shows they're open and I'm standing here in the rain with a locked door and an appointment card saying I have a 2 o'clock appointment. That's ridiculous. I'm taking off for the six month appointments and they can't get their scheduling correct. What else are they doing wrong?

I won't be back. A friend referred Dental BLU when my permanent retainer broke. They were really lovely and got me in to glue my retainer back in - I was in and out of the office in about an hour. Unfortunately, their "fix" only lasted for about 24 hours. When I called and asked for a refund given that I was now on vacation needed to find someone else to fix it, they took several days to get back to me and offered to refund less than a third of what I paid. After I pushed back and about three weeks of calls, they agreed to fully refund the cost of the repair, but refused to refund or give me office credit for the $80 they charged for my exam (which consisted of them taking pictures of my broken retainer before they glued it back on). It's just not worth it, find dentists that will stand behind their work.
