He explained what he would be doing and the risks involved with extracting teeth. I chose local anesthesia and it was pain free. I was happy to see that he personally calls patients that evening. I had no complications but it's a very nice touch! I had swelling (to be expected) where the tooth was extracted and pain has been managed by ibuprofen and a prescription (only needed to take two of them). The bleeding tapered off a few hours after the surgery. I have to say I was expecting worse! My insurance requires that patients submit their own claims and the office staff was very helpful in getting me the documents I needed to submit my claim. I would recommend Dr. Reubel if you need dental surgery.

Doctors like this that use a one-size-fits-all cookie cutter approach are a huge red flag to me, as all patients deserve an individualized treatment plan. Additionally, if a doctor isn't there for you for the simple routine things like post-op symptoms of pain & nausea/vomiting... they won't be there for you when a serious unexpected complication arises. He lost my trust & confidence in both the "caring & compassion" department, and the "lack of individualized patient care" department.
