We refused to pay this additional cost and asked that our furniture be returned. After months of promising to return it he surprised us be saying the repairs had been made. Upon returning the furniture, almost a year later he proceeded to tell us he would not recommend sitting in the furniture because it may not hold. I told him if I had known this I would not have had him do any of the work, which I also told him not to do. After i complained he changed his tune to say it would be okay to sit in. I am completely disappointed with this whole event and certainly will not be using him again.

Instead of ordering a new set from Lovesac, we brought our cushions to House of Foam for new filling. For the same cost as the Lovesac replacement, we got high quality foam inserts that should last for the next 20 years. The location is central, but the Google directions are inaccurate, so I got pretty lost trying to find the place. Use the address for ABC Party Rental when using Google directions. The light industrial space is shared with a car audio place. Go to the back to find the House of Foam staff. There's nothing glamorous about the space, but they get the job done. We were offered the chance to buy a warranty for the foam, but declined. We're extremely happy with the decision to replace the cushions with quality inserts from House of Foam.
