We have encountered numerous issues with him, and to this day, none of them have been resolved. Consequently, we will be taking legal action against him and his business, which appears to be under the ownership of Mayerline Rodriguez. We will report his business practices to the AG for negligence and will seek further advice. I am aware that we are not the only customers who have been dealing with his nonsense. After paying him cash upfront, it took a while for him to schedule an appointment for the wrap to be done. Whenever we inquired about the status of the wrap, he claimed to be unaware and didn't have a time frame since they don't provide him with one. It's strange that you order something and don't have an estimated time of arrival. My Supra underwent a full wrap. It took him over a month for this to be done. Every time we reached out, he had a different excuse. He claimed he was unwell, his son was detained, the vinyl had not arrived yet, and so on. When we finally informed him that we needed the vehicle for service, we picked it up. To our dismay, we found that the wrap was done poorly. We had missing & broken parts. Despite our repeated requests for him to come and fix the issues, he keeps saying he'll stop by. He never shows up. We have so much evidence of him agreeing to fix the horrible job performed. However, in this case, the entire wrap looks terrible. It's evident that they don't know what they're doing, and he clearly lacks the skills to run a business. His unprofessional behavior is unacceptable

Pinnacle made our neighborhood entrance sign and after several issues with the production and…read moreinstallation we finally got a sign installed that was acceptable. Unfortunately, a year and a month after the final installation the sign began popping off the brick monument. Once the sign was pulling away from the sign we could see that their installer used a 2" screw to attach a 1 1/4" thick HDU sign to the brick. Anyone would know that a 2" screw is not near enough to affix the sign properly. We consider this a latent and inherent defect that we could only see once the installation failed. After contacting them on four occasions over the next month of so and getting promised that "they would be out" and we were "about to get on the schedule", they sent me an email stating it would cost $450 to repair the sign because it had been longer than one year since installation. No where on our agreement or on their web site was there any warranty length stated. The owners of the company have dug their heels in and are standing firm that the repair cost ($450) is our responsibility to pay before they will put proper length screws in the signs. Buyer beware!
