I have been calling for the manager, Layla almost once a week and I get the same response "She is not here, can I take a message?" I leave the SAME message every single time. They tell me the same thing "I will tell her to look at the cameras" Well i'm assuming she hasn't because it's been over a month and I am FED UP!!! Even the guy working said "The chip is too fresh to be old" YES I KNOW I asked the guy that was working what normally happens in these situations and he said "They will do anything to not pay for it, keep bothering them" HOW embarrassing and how unprofessional. Not only that, in the photos I provided you can see that my car is still dirty!!! DONE!!

He was not helpful, not professional, not polite. He did make an attempt to enter the code for different wash levels. I would hope that if a company is going to put out a promotion that they would train their employees on how to redeem the promotion. This exact location is the address that was printed on the card. I was asked to drive to another location down the road. The employee would not honor the offer and would not override the system to provide me with the free wash as offered, advised on the coupon. Nothing but a waste of time and gas.

The next thing I know, a month later, I discover a $42.99 auto-pay charge on my credit card for a membership I never agreed to. I am tired of not getting responses!!! I contacted the store multiple times, asked to speak with a manager, and got nothing but excuses and runarounds. No refund. No accountability. After four separate attempts to resolve the issue, I escalated the matter to the CEO and still received no response, no phone call, and no resolution. From what I've heard, this is not the first time this has happened. Customers should carefully review their statements after visiting this business. To make matters worse, they charge premium prices for a car wash and don't even provide towels for customers to dry their vehicles. Many other car wash businesses offer towels as a basic courtesy. Based on my experience, I would avoid this place and take my business elsewhere. I've had a much better experience with Tommy's Express and would recommend them instead. Horrible place

Max wash and paid $17 but the normal price I believe was $26.99.
