I am extreamly pleased with John Heffley Plumbing for a few important reasons,(one) because I…read morecalled late on a friday afternoon and John answered my call and listened to my problem and told me to call Cathy and tell her he had spoken with me and see if she could send a tech out to me , she did and told me it woulld be about an hour.I had no water to my house from a full cistren I just had filled and I did not no why.( 2)Apon arriving about 45 minutes later the tech went into the crawl space and found the pump that was old and had lost its prime as well as had a few other old cracks ,but he was able to restore its prime so I had water .(3) the tech was able to show my son where the old crackes where and advise us to get a new pump and he wrote an estiment and was very professional and very nice as well as taking the time to get the water on and did it all along with explaining the prosses.I was more than pleased with the fast response time,fixing the problem along with the more than affordable bill which I had expected to be more ,I will use them again for whatever I need and would recommend them highly to anyone.

I needed to replace it with an electric 50 gallon water heater. He told me total cost insulation and labor $1800. I said OK he said you'll have hot water by this evening. Did a phenomenal job taking out the old rep, Plumbing as needed and installing the new water heater just amazing very good service highly recommend them came with a five-year warranty one year labor warranty. I was super pleased. Great job highly recommend.
