The heater was leveled when we turned it on. However, the fan was hitting something causing a racket. We had to tilt the unit to a 30 degree angle for it to stop. Not good. I could not reach the company's support. I went inside to email them. When I came back out, Tommy had discovered the issue and fixed it. The issue was a manufacturing fault. I have had a two year battle with health issues and high bills due to a failing air/heat system. I…read morehad warranty through a nationally known warranty company and was getting nowhere. They sent another company, I will be reviewing next, out and their standard answer was the coils feel cool. The other company always managed to come when it was a cooler day that I could open my windows. Kyle, the younger tech came out and yes it was a milder day and my coils were cool, he was disturbed by a noise it made. Then Mark came the next day when it was 100 degrees in the shade and the coils were not even lukewarm. It took some arguing back and forth with the warranty company but I got a new system put in this past October. This winter, I enjoyed the lowest electric bills ever. THE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME MOST IS THEY -LISTENED- TO THE CUSTOMER... what a concept! I am not going into summer with fear of high bills... I can't thank Kyle, Mark, Wendy and the rest of their kind staff for doing the right thing. I will have bills like I did when I first moved in next year. I can't thank you guys enough.

He calls his boss and then comes back and tells me that they really don't have time to help me because they are booked? I feel that because I wasn't going to be a big expensive job they just wrote me off and told me to call another company. Not only did they blow me off because I wasn't going to be a big money maker but he left my cross space door open so I had to crawl under my deck and close it after he left! Very disappointed.

I was very happy to find out that the also offered a 30 Guarantee on their work. the next day we started having the issue again and called them later in the evening so they came out first thing in the morning. The part that they had replaced it with was a bad part and it burnt up so they replaced it again for no charge. after a few days i still was not completely satisfied with the way it was working so i gave them a call and he came out and check the unit inside and outside. after filling up the Freon my AC is back to working like normal. there was no charge for the Freon either. the guys were very nice and professional. I will absolutely be going back to them if i ever have an issue. Thanks!
