TERRIBLE experience and TERRIBLE customer service. Scheduled some window cleaning and screen repairs. They never cleaned the windows, and took the screens to repair them, and after almost 2 months, they still have not delivered the screens. One excuse after the other, plus they have the nerve to keep sending us bills for work that was never done. And now we have no screens, so will have to start from scratch. Beware....I would stay away from this company. I will never do business with them again. read more

The company agreed to clean windows at an agreeable price then NO the guys show up and say " we aren't able to honor that price " ! The previous cleaning was mediocre to poor on some windows. Do not recommend!! read more

The company sent Walt to do an estimate for the project within a couple of days. An appointment for the project right away, and work was completed within two weeks. I am very happy with the quality of the window cleaning inside and out. All elements of the windows were clean. They repaired damaged screens, cleaned out and repaired the gutters. I can't believe I'm giving one star... Made an appointment with Above All Windows for 4/23. No call, No show. I called in to see if they were running late and they said that they wouldn't be able to come out that day because of a scheduling issue. Asked to reschedule. I rescheduled another appointment for 4/26. I get a call from a someone who claims to be the front range representative and tells me that he wasn't going to be there. I told him it was poor business and unacceptable. He blamed hiring Millennial employees and somewhat laughed about it. I told him that the people he is hiring to answer phones and set appointments are the front facing piece to his business and he should do a better job as I am extremely not happy. Asked to reschedule for Sunday, 4/28. So here it is, 4/28 at 12:30, called and text the number that called me on 4/26 to ask where they are as they are 1.5 hours late. No response. Buyer beware, look up who you're hiring before hiring. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card. read more

Today was the second time I have used above all window cleaning. I will always use this company. They arrive on time. They are courteous and super efficient and stay in constant touch via text. I will use their rug cleaning service tomorrow and the vent tech service before winter sets in. Very reasonable. read more

Above All has become ridiculously over priced. They do good work, but the cost per hour is over the top. There are better choices available.

Had our gutters and solar panels cleaned. Dylan and Evan did a great job. They were very professional and even showed up early!!

Above All Window Cleaning is a fraud and rip-off . Do not buy from Groupon. First, they don't respond to recorded requests for service. Then, after numerous attempts, a lady answers and schedules an appointment. Nobody shows-up, as scheduled, and no phone calls. read more

This company completely scammed me. I bought a Groupon to have my windows cleaned. When I called to make the appointment they asked me for the Groupon number. They took the number, redeemed the coupon and will not keep an appointment to do the work. They do not answer my phone calls. The phone number for the company on the groupon is in Grand Junction and they say it is a problem with their Denver office. The company scammed me whether in Grand Junction or their new office in Denver. the Grand Junction office couldn't even get in touch with them to find out where they were and why they hadn't come or answered my phone calls. I hadn't had my windows cleaned in seven years, and the difference has been incredible! They also replaced the screen which my cat had clawed many years ago. A week after they cleaned, a bird did her business down the middle of one of my upper windows and they came back and cleaned it off for me. I was very pleased with their window cleaning service and would recommend them. I also hired them to clean out my dryer vent, and although they did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent, they should've cleaned up after themselves. I feel kind of foolish for writing this review since I tipped the cleaners without really checking their work. After they left and I was replacing the screens and cleaning the inside window tracks I noticed that many of the windows had streaks and they didn't clean the screen tracks as their estimate said they would. We have a two story house and I think the gentlemen who cleaned the upstairs used a sprayer and a squeegee on an extended handle. At any rate, I won't be calling them again and the fact that I had a Living Social coupon helps make it not so upsetting. read more

I had been using Above All since 2017, using their service for house cleaning, window cleaning, leaf pick up and removal. I've tried to give them the benefit of poor house cleaning almost every time the came twice a month for two years. I would call and complain to Josh, in turn he'd either send someone else or adjust the charges, I got so tired of the poor work, I stopped that service! The last straw with their cleaning crew, was the last time they came, the cleaning lady brought her boyfriend, someone I had never met, clean my home. I was very uncomfortable and felt this was very unprofessional! I have had them clean my windows every year too, they always did great work until this spring. I asked the two ladies, to be sure to clean all the sills as they were extremely dirty from a remodel, and to be sure to get off all the sticker glue on the new sliders. They did not clean what was asked! I called Josh, he sent the same crew back and did complete what was asked, but I should not have had to call after asking them three times what I had wanted! I have also used them to pickup/remove fallen leaves 2X per season because of physical restraints, I can do it! The first year he charged 25/hr, second year 40/hr, this past year the woman he sent was supposed to have a partner helping(which she didn't) and after the work which was not completed, she said Josh wanted to charge 65/hr.... in the past this work 1hr to complete, this time the girl took 2.25hrs... this was outrageous!! I had left 5 messages for Josh to call me to discuss this matter, he WOULD NOT CALL ME BACK! finally, I sent him a letter outlining my concerns, sent him a check what I felt was fair, and NEVER heard back from him/them.. then they had the nerve to call me to schedule my semi annual window cleaning. I told his scheduler, I would not be using their service again, ever!! Josh advertises his company as a Christian Faith based business. This is not any way to treat a disabled woman that unfortunately needs to hire outside help! This is not a Christian based business model, and feel completely taken advantage of! I've learned my lesson finally and hope you will not put your faith and hard earned money towards a company that does not value the work they do!! read more
