The alarm was located in an only-reachable-by-woodpeckers-and-professionals-area and we were drastically out of our depth. Cody was recommended on our firefighters' webpage and, before deciding to risk another trek up a 20-foot ladder and still trying to ignore the incessantly chirping beeps, we gave him a call. Cody was polite, punctual, and extremely professional! Although we were able to ultimately resolve the smoke alarm battery issues without his help, he was able to handle numerous other chores around the house that we had been putting off (and off, and off), and complete them much more quickly and beautifully than we could have even imagined on our own. Installed my own deadbolt and I could not get the strike plate to line up. Also I hate working on…read moredoors. We wanted to switch out the doorknob as well. AND in one of the upstairs bedrooms a door had shifted to the slide and the strike plate no longer lined up. My first referral had trouble making an appointment. So pushed something out on Yelp, Ray got back to us within 30 minutes on a Saturday night and was here at 2PM on Sunday. He charged a first hour rate and got everything done within 30 minutes!! He is amazing. He had to install some star head screws upstairs and he gave me his bit if I ever need to work on it!!! Also it gets better. We have a one car garage and we were trying to figure out to fit my motorcycle and my wife's car in there. He came out and worked with me on it and voila I now has a time efficient and lower back efficient way to get my bike in so my wife's car will fit as well. I cannot recommend My Repair Guy enough. Seriously this whole experience was a huge stress relieve and made things so easy. 5 stars are not enough.
