Then, when my house went under contract and the buyer wanted more work done, I called Shane and we arranged a convenient date/time for him to go there and perform the work. Again, he was fast and efficient - and he really knows what he is doing: he replaced a piece of siding and matched the paint perfectly; he fixed a pipe in the basement that was leaking water and helped with a light fixture in the basement that wasn't working -- about about 12 other things!
