After a water heater flood in July 2024, they were hired by USAA to address the issue. After 16 months of chaos my house is still unfinished and all of my household goods are still sitting on my front lawn in untouchable locked storage. They abandoned all communication in March of 2025 after I caught them being completely dishonest and called it out. Apparently, they took this criticism personally. The regional manager, William McFarland decided time wasted would be the best way to bully and punish my criticism of his incompetent management. Now, I'm tangled up in red tape between USAA, Contractor Connection, and Servpro as the owner. After 21 years with USAA this is the first major claim I've had to navigate. I never dreamed it would still be lingering after this much time has passed. This review is a desperate call for help into the Internet void. I'm running out of options for resolution at this point. I can't afford to give up and allow this company to bully me into submission. If your insurance company sends Servpro to your house, send them on their way as soon as they knock on your door. They will provide the lowest quality repairs in exchange for the maximum amount of money for them to send emails explaining why they are incompetent. They will offer concessions to string you along, but beware; they will not be true to their word. They will ask you to be understanding of their incompetent performance while ignoring any personal issues or restrictions you may have. Classic bait and switch business model. They will ghost you more and more as the concerns escalate to unfathomable levels. They will blame the subcontractor, the customer, the hardware store, the insurance company, the manufacturer and anyone else aside from their incompetent management team. They are a great reflection of the corruption we see all around us in the United States. And justice for those who can afford it. They knew this was going to be the case when they first began bullying me in the name of profits. Thieves and liars have all the power and we are left in the wreckage of the money grab. Company came out Friday morning and stayed only for approx 1 1/2 hrs and then left. Our basement still flooded with water and stayed they'd be back Monday to get the remaining water out. Meaning, for 3 days our basement carpet padding and all furniture to be in sitting water. So we did all the work ourselves over the weekend, Manager Jordan never contacted me or showed up. Were an hour showing up on Monday, May 15th and expected to mitigate the remaining water!!!!! After 3 days!!!! Told them I called Sunday and told them our basement needed to be aired, workers that showed up, never contacted me back nor the manager even called me. Finally, about 430pm, told them to pick up their stuff, NOT HAPPY at all with their service or the fact one of the employees doesn't even speak English!!!! Being Charged for equipment that barely works...and as of today, May 16th, waiting for them to show up and get there stuff!!! It has been reported to my insurance company, the poor service, lack of communication and failure to do what they stand behind.
