In this instance, I was so shocked by Andrew's confusion that I had to share the experience. The estimate we requested was to repair a a 20 inch by 28 inch patch where we removed an old chimney. The estimate he gave was to replace 1/2 of a 2017 roof for $3.000. Literally. When i called him out, the bid went to $200 (too cheap). Miscommunications happen.....you may have better luck. There was always an excuse, too much work, broken equipment, labor shortage, etc. The salesman, Brett, was always very pessimistic about being able to complete the work "anytime soon". The front fascia was botched, redone, and still left unfinished. The fascia work around the house was poorly done across the board, and the garage work is already falling apart. Worst of all, an entire section of roof over my laundry room wasn't properly sealed or fastened. Despite repeated promises, they never delivered. I've had to hire a second roofing company just to fix their shoddy work. The owner won't even return my calls--clearly he doesn't stand by his work or care about customers. Bottom line: subpar quality, no accountability, and a total lack of professionalism.

The inspector, Jed, did a fabulous job. He is so easy to work with! Knowledgeable, patient, super responsive to questions, just a pleasure to work with! The report received was very detailed with lots of pictures and even videos. They also have a concierge service that comes with the inspection. I haven't used it yet, but it looks great. Includes help with utility set up, recall checks, lifetime technical support and warranties. I will be using Inspect Montana when I have future inspection needs.
