Tom and Linda cleaned our house several years ago and were the best cleaners we have ever had! They are such kind and trustworthy people. Sadly we weren't able to keep them because of financial constraints and by the time we were in a position to be able to utilize them again they had a full book of business. I am amazed at the number of people who have left bad reviews for them when they never even used their services! They don't take more clients because their work is of such high quality they don't take on workers who are lazy or who would steal from you. I would think people would appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity. We need more people running businesses like Tom and Linda, I can promise you that. Not impressed. I contacted them for a quote and to check on availability- no specific date, no specific time. Got a response several days later just saying "Sorry, booked at this time." Not sure how they have such great reviews if this is an example of their customer service. That's it? Very strange for a company with such great reviews, especially those about communication. Not to mention they are both very polite and kind. For the details: Tommy and Linda are very punctual- arrived at our agreed meeting time with all supplies ready to go. We did a tour of the house and with no hesitation they said it would be no problem to clean it all. Everything. EVERYTHING. My husband and I were looking for someone to come in and give our house a good head to toe, and I quickly jumped on Yelp to see who my fellow Yelpers trust. Abq Affordable Residential Cleaning had the highest ratings and when reading through the reviews I thought why not open communication. Within an hour at most of sending a message Tommy emailed me back. He gave me 2 possible dates and we agreed, he also included the cost and payment method (cash or check please). Very affordable! We had a little scheduling confusion but Tommy was quick to make it right and at the set date and time they arrived! Very professional and very friendly. They bring all the supplies all your provide is the mess. For our 2100 square foot house it took about 4 hours but it was worth it. Dust gone! Dirt adios! Windows no more puppy nose marks. Not to mention the awesome scent of clean, I love that smell almost as much as I love the smell of rain. I have no doubts I'll be using them on a regular basis. Tom and Linda more than exceeded any expectation I had of getting my new home deep cleaned. It was easy to book, communicating mostly through text messages and they conveniently scheduled the cleaning on a Saturday which worked best for my schedule. On the day of, they were running a few minutes behind schedule but they quickly communicated that to me to let me know. There was not nook or cranny that wasn't touched and scrubbed clean by them. I was so incredibly impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness that I can't do anything but highly, highly reccomend them. To top it all off, what I was billed was 25% below what I was quoted! For 4.5 hours of work, I truly think they could have charged more. Wanted to update my review: I am going on my 10th year that Tom and Linda have cleaned my house. I have never had anyone that is more reliable and trustworthy and professional. Even in a crunch they are willing to come and late in the day and spend as much time as it takes to make it perfect. I have read some negative reviews, it's absurd...Truly. I still don't understand how they make my stained concrete floors looking like glass and get every hard water stain off my shower doors. I wouldn't waste my time with any other company. If you can get on their schedule you should definitely use them. You will be as happy as I've been and I'm a perfectionist! read more

I had Tom and Linda over yesterday to clean my home. I had a last minute need, and contacted him last Wednesday. He got back to me within half an hour, and within the day I had my appointment for Saturday. Mind you, I have lived in my house for four years, and never had it professionally cleaned in that time. It was not a disaster, but there were a lot of corners that had not had a lot of attention. Tom and Linda arrived right on time. They brought all of their own equipment. They worked for about 4 hours, and my house has never looked so good! Floors and cabinets shine! No dust anywhere. They gently moved my shelf items, and replaced right where I had them. My tub had a stain since we bought the house, that is now gone. The kitchen sparkles. My husband was even pleased! I paid them a bit more than they asked, as the work I felt, was worth more than they charged. Thanks Tom and Linda!
