Sadly we weren't able to keep them because of financial constraints and by the time we were in a position to be able to utilize them again they had a full book of business. I am amazed at the number of people who have left bad reviews for them when they never even used their services! My entire complaint is that the Cleaning Checklist itself was not completed." They bring up roaches. That is not an accident. It is there so you'll assume I live in filth. The insects were documented by me and my property manager before I ever moved in, which is exactly why I hired a deep clean. They say I attended the final walkthrough and praised the team. I was told the walkthrough had already been done before I got home. Both of those cannot be true. They say concerns could have been addressed while the team was still there. Hours earlier that same day, they texted me asking about my break and when I'd finish work so they could stay longer. I agreed instantly. When I raised problems, the answer was a discount or take another day off work and point out the failures yourself, in a home they'd already been paid to clean. The flexibility only ran one direction. They close by accusing me of dishonesty, personal insults, and berating comments, then wish me well with gratitude and kindness. My feedback was that the baseboards were dirty. That response is deceptive and combative, and it is aimed at anyone reading this, not at me. That is the version of this company you get the moment you're unhappy. Spend your money elsewhere.

However, in the past month, they have switched to an AI answering system when you call and text them. They have missed two scheduled cleanings and I have to notify them that nobody has come by. They usually can get someone out the next day, but when you are regularly booked for a day, it shouldn't be an issue. A few weeks ago, whomever came to clean couldn't operate the lock box I've had for years. I've never had issues and because they couldn't get it opened, I was charged an extra $100. I think it was user error, but we did get a new box. We had a rocky start too. I had first scheduled a deep-clean and assumed we had everything we needed done. My father was in the ICU and I was spending all of my time at the hospital. They didn't come when I had expected or scheduled and when I called I was frustrated. I was already at overcapacity and having to call and reschedule wasn't convenient at the time. We resolved that issue, but it did cause a rough start. The people who come into your home and clean are fantastic. They always do a wonderful job. I wish from a logistics side they were more consistent. When they miss cleaning your house, you have to advocate and contact them, but if they have an issue, they are quick to charge you. If we have another issue we'll look into other companies.
