Fearing the worst I was told where a mechanic was nearby. I ended up at Kennedy's and met Bobby. Bobby went above and beyond just fixing my car. He actually loaned me a car so that I can proceed on my trip without any other inconvenience. He called me later that evening while I was just arriving in Minneapolis, to let me know the car was ready and to pick it up after my trip. Great honest service great job and an incredible person. I did the next best thing and ignored the oil change! I saw this place from the highway and decided to check it out. The staff was awesome; Took me in right away. I walked the lot while the service was performed. To my surprise, I only made it about a quarter way down the lot before the vehicle was ready to go (a typical oil change in the city takes about 45min - 1hr). The employees were solid, humble people and happy to do a job well done. They knew the oil weight, the filter was new, and my car hasn't blown up!

They decided that my rotors needed to be replaced not turned. The mechanic took the callipers off the vehicle. Opening the brake fluid system to open air. I was lead to the mechanic bay to see the parts. So yes I know they took the callipers off for a fact. They returned my car to me. So I figured it was fixed. Before I got out of the parking lot the brake light came on. So I bought brake fluid and topped it off. Before I was half a mile a way. The brake light was on again. I took it back and told them they left some thing loose. When the mechanic was told to check his work. His response was it was a simple brake job. There was no need to check the brake fluid level. When you take the callipers off the vehicle it is no longer a simple brake job and there is definitely a need to bleed the brakes. After an hour they determined the master cylinder back seal went bad. So I would need to pay another $618.00 to get it fixed. Personally if it could have been driven I would have taken it home and fixed it myself. But I had to barrow the money to get the brakes. The master seal went bad by they're actions. Either do to incompetence or on purpose. So double check they're work if you can.

I would rate the customer service at this location at zero…read more I took my car in yesterday to get a part replaced for the second time because I guess the first part was defective. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, but waited an additional 45 minutes which did not bother me. After they brought the car around out front I waited about another 20 minutes before I went back to the service department, where I was not acknowledged at all. There were three gentlemen behind the desk. One of the men went out into the waiting area looking for my husband. When he came back, he said, and I quote. " people want their cars but they can't wait around for It". when I said, I am standing right here. He replied well I have this name on the account and that's who I'm looking for. I said well that is my car. My name is on the title, and I am the one who paid for it. when he then replied well when I called for him to make an appointment, he never called me back. Which I said I was the one who brought the car in the first place I'm the one who made the appointment and I'm the one who dropped it off this morning. So he offered to change the name in his computer if I could "spare" a minute. And then asked me "if my husband was even still in the picture". Which was none of his business. Asked me if I still had the last name and if I still lived at the address. Which again all he had to do was change the first name on the account. I suppose they think since they are the only dealership in town they can get away with this behavior. This is not the first time i have left frustrated with their service but it is the last. They have definitely lost my business!

Worst service department ever! I have had to have brakes and rotors replaced twice which later to…read morefind out should have been under chevrolet warranty as my truck was purchased brand new through them. Then they replaced my cam shaft and lifters and 5 months later the radiator was leaking. They informed me they didn't have to touch the radiator yet charged me for coolant and then when we went to replace the radiator ourselves we noticed that the bottom shroud was bent down and not even sitting flat along with the plastic piece under the radiator to hold in place wasn't even on correctly because it was bent which clearly showed instead of removing the radiator to do the work (google how to change these parts and it is step 2 in the directions remove the radiator). They refused to pay for any of the damages as the leak was internally on the radiator, well yes after being moved around incorrectly why wouldn't it cause an issue!!! I will never purchase a vehicle from here or use their service department. I have never been treated this poorly by anyone as they always make me feel like I don't know what I am doing.
