Then I went in because of a tooth infection from the invisalign they've been shoving down my throat for years to get and they gave me antibiotics without providing antifungals as I requested due to my issue with fungal infections from antibiotics. They claim it was never in my chart so they're not doing their jobs and documenting what patients tell them. They refuse to fix the issue they've caused and I'm never returning here ever again. They're a bunch of crooks.​

Dr. Jackson and her team are friendly and professional -- and they know their stuff. It's honestly the only time I've been to a dentist where my cleanings and check-ups never hurt, not even for a moment. Dr. Jackson is also connected with related professionals (orthodontists, periodontists, etc.), and can offer suggestions of other providers for additional services you may need. The entire team is exceptionally pleasant--each time you walk in, you are warmly greeted, recognized, and treated with genuine care. I initially came to Dena not only for routine cleanings but also for significant jaw pain, clicking and popping, and severe migraines related to TMJ. They were able to accommodate me immediately, taking X-rays and imaging that revealed my bite had completely shifted. Despite having previously worn braces and retainers through my former dentist, none of these concerns had ever been identified. Dena and her colleagues promptly arranged for me to begin Invisalign treatment in July, and I completed it in October. The process was fast, seamless, and incredibly accommodating to my schedule. Dr. Maryz Estedrak definitely knows her stuff and knows how to hire great staff, but she seems to take pleasure when her words bring others pain. While getting my Xrays and Cleaning I could hear the doctor talking with other patients, she is not a nice person. She must have spoken to 3 - 4 different patients before speaking with me, and each time she was condescending, demeaning, and was more focused on securing additional procedures from each patient rather than trying to help them come up with a plan that works within their insurance and financial constraints. 10 years ago my jaw was fractured by individuals that were learning to become dentists, she tried to gaslight me and tell me that never happened... She was argumentative and then sneer and demeaning when I requested a personal copy of my x-rays... I have never had this problem before with any of my previous dentists. (I still have not received them) Why would I want someone who seems to extract enjoyment from her sharp and painful words anywhere near my mouth or be the arbiter of my mouth health? If you absolutely have no other choice, at least rest assured that Dr. Estedrak is an expert and knows her stuff, I only hope her ability to hear and be compassionate can overgrown her need to judge, demean, and feel superior. If it wasn't for her wonderful staff I wouldn't even contemplate going back, but they were so skilled and compassionate, took their time, that I will probably go back for my 6 month cleaning.
