We were asked to sit down and without any explanation, a hygienist started to rubbing things on my baby's gum totally ignoring that he was crying. I asked her what this procedure is and what she is using, she couldn't explain to me because she doesn't speak English. I was told to wait for the doctor. Dr. Blech came in, without a word of asking for my baby's dental history, without checking anything at all, she began prying his mouth open and scraping a sharp needle against his teeth and instantly bleeding. There was no care taken to stop the bleeding nor explaining what she was doing. The whole process lasted less than a minute and she left the room. I had to ask the staff to speak to her again because It is my baby's first dental appointment and I have many questions. Dr. Blech finally met us in the hallway to answer these questions. Let me repeat, she spoke to a patient's parents in the hallway. The whole experience was rushed and confused, we felt no respect at all. Neither the hygienist or Dr. Blech gave any responses to a my baby's shrieking cry. I'm in shock that they would treat a baby like this. There are other kids shrieking in the waiting room. I am in serious regret that I took my innocent baby here. The tools they used looked old with chips and fog on the metal. I was unable to tell if they were clean. The room was dusty, adjacent to a deserted room where drawers half open, dirty floor, used cotton or tissue paper stuck on the dental chair, other patients waiting next to us so no privacy at all. Reply to your response below- No you did not spent 20min explaining things to me. The entire visit from walking to walking out of your office was 27min, including waiting time, cleaning and talking to you. We spoke probably 5min and your "explanation" was answering my questions. If I didn't ask my questions you would not have explained anything to me.

UPDATE: I have an appointment scheduled and can not wait to share my experience. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating of schedules. They even have some Saturday hours if needed for the busy weekday folks. ORIGINAL: Unfortunately, I have, yet, to be able to fairly rate this office. I was super excited to find a new dentist so close and well rated but they took multiple months to schedule my appointment then cancelled due to COVID. They are now back open and said they would prioritize cancellations first but have had no word from them for over a month. Still excited and I will definitely update my review after my visit!
