I went to Dr Abrams for the first time today for a consultation and treatment for a spot on my forehead that has bothered me for a few years now. Making an appointment was extremely easy and the receptionist was just lovely. When I walked in this morning, she must've been anticipating my appointment because she knew who I was when a walked in. My appointment was right on schedule and I met with Dr. Abrams and he told me exactly what we would be doing for the treatment which was a laser we went to another room and it was a few zpps of the laser and boom my area of concern was gone instantly I couldn't believe it! It was a miracle. I wish I had done this years ago! Dr. Abrams also took the time to talk with me about some other treatments that would be very beneficial to help me achieve the complete look for my facial skin neck and delicate. He even personally walked me to the other room to show me the equipment that he used to administer these treatments. It really meant a lot to me that the doctor himself took just a few minutes to show me around. He is a great conversationalist and made me feel very welcome. After meeting with the doctor, I sat down with an associate there and she went into further detail about BBL, Cool Peele and Vbeam Perfecta. I am looking forward to booking more treatments here with Dr. Abrams! read more

Went to get my first skin check today. I was scheduled with Sheryl. As I walked in I was warmly greeted by the front office staff. I was taken back to the room by a very friendly gal. I admit I am not great at remembering names. Sheryl was thorough and professional. I was in and out of the room within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back for my follow up yearly visits, and highly recommend this clinic to anyone. read more

I so lucked out when the dermatologist who saw my Mother wasn't taking new patients. I ended up with Abrams, mainly because of the ease and friendliness of the front desk staff. As I sat in the waiting room for only a few minutes, people were coming out of their app'ts with smiles on their faces. It was my first visit and I was seen by Dr. Russini. She gave me time, she listened and she was skilled and capable. NO upsell. Dr. Russini was absolutely unbelievable. I'm so glad to be her patient. Angel, an assistant, stroked my hand when they freezed something off of me. Love her, too. I felt so heard, cared for and safe. What an experience at a Doctor's office. Highly recommend! read more

So disappointing. I used to live this place. What happened to me is not funny. Came here to treat the pigmentation and after VI peel left with more because Felicia literally burned my skin. I was supposed to stop a product that I use and they didn't tell me to stop, I told her BEFORE the procedure that I didn't stop and maybe should reschedule my appointment and she said it'll be fine and I told her are you sure it won't damage my skin, she said yes. Well, it wasn't ok. I got more pigmentation that I need to treat. And they didn't even do anything. I had to demand an appointment with the doctor Abram, which he was thrilled to do. When I came he saw the pigment and said that he can do some cream to fix it and for me to be patient to see results. Never said that it'll be free so I had to ask him to take it on them. Which he said ok. I asked if he can add and IPL or any procedure to help this work faster. He refused. I'm just so upset that not just Felicia first made a huge mistake with performing the procedure (I guess she didn't have enough knowledge) but they did nothing but gave me the cream and told me to be patient. So not recommending this place anymore and leaving this review everywhere. Do better! I get it, mistakes happen, I was ok with that, I make mistakes too, but man, not doing anything, not even apologizing ONCE. Not Felicia not the doctor, no one apologized for that. We have a business and when we mess up we offer heaven and earth to fix the mistake so the costumer is happy in the end. Very easy to make appointment online. Office staff friendly. Nice space. No wait to see doctor. However, I was taken aback by suggestion for laser treatment to appear 10 years younger when my visit was medical. I guess this is what people want so doctors offering service but made me feel icky. I ended up with a prescription and face cream for acne and spots. Will wait to see how that goes. read more

I enjoy visits to this office because the staff is friendly and efficient; the appointments are on time; there is good music playing and the Doctor is attentive and friendly. I had some minor procedures and they were don fast and with care. The Doctor has recommended some items, but there was no pressure to do anything. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR APPT. TIMES. "Events" at this office are ridiculous! Obviously, Abrams doesn't care about me or my time. When I make an appt., I expect to be seen at least within 20 minutes of that time. Because Abrams is only interested in making money at their 'events,' they don't care how long you have to wait. I don't have the luxury of waiting, especially when I received 3 texts reminding me of my appt. time. Made appointment with Sheryl Wilson for Botox treatment. I received a cheaper version of Botox, which I did not want, but was pushed on me. The results were terrible, my eyebrows and forehead lines had a distinctive arch. The results gave me a mean looking expression on my face. I made another appointment for her to view my face, she tried to sell me more injections. I refused to pay any more money, I wanted her to correct the mess that she made, she refused. Very unhappy, please stay away. read more

Went in for a simple Botox and Abrams assistant talked me into another similar product with lower cost will get rid of all forehead wrinkles, called week later wrinkles still there, told to wait another week or two. Called another week later made a follow up appt. week later got in and was told just needed touch up. Charged over $800.00 originally and charged even more for touch up. Three weeks later I still have the wrinkles I walked in with. I figure I can't afford to go pay for more of nothing or watered down product so I am warning you all to steer clear of this dermatologist for anything. Older patient even complained about doctors service and abilities while waiting 1/2 hour in his own waiting room. This is just a fraud stealing your hard earned money! read more

I called Thursday mid day to schedule to see Dr. Abrams that day. I specifically stated to see Dr. Abrams and I was given a 3:30 time appointment. I am grateful that they fit me in. When I arrived and the nurse took me back to an exam room, she informed me I would be seeing the NP and that they would also do my cancer screening Today (that day). I told the nurse/assistant/whatever her training is that I did not want my cancer screening done that day and I did not want to see a NP or any midlevel. The NP came in and told me how much Dr. Abrams trusted her to take care of the practice when he was not there. I told her that I had scheduled to see Abrams and was not told differently until taken back to the room. I reiterated that she was not going to do a cancer screening on me. As I explained the issue--potential ringworm, she briefly looked at each upper arm. She then, without asking me pulled my top out from my chest and briefly peered down. She then repeated that seconds only in the back, pulling my top away from my body and briefly peering down. Since I told her she would not be doing a cancer screening on me, I have no idea what she was doing as I told her the lesions were on my arms and that there were no other. She then got the woods light, and in the glare of the exam room lights, and not darkening the room, she used the woods light briefly; telling me that "I think I see some yellow on the right arm". I wonder what she would have found had she done the exam correctly. I am most dissatisfied with my experience that day. read more

Will not return. Saw Sheryl the NP for yearly exam. My appointment was at 10:15. I got there about 10:10. Did my updates on IPad. Taken back within five minutes. The MA called me back to room literally spent ten seconds while she punched on her IPad. Threw a gown on the exam table and told me to undress. She walked out. Ten seconds later the NP walked in. Asked me while I was there while she punched on her IPad. I told her for my yearly skin check. No issues. Asked for a refill on some medication. Did not wash hands! She then came over to do my skin check. Took less than one minute to do full body skin check. She coughed in her hands and again never washed them.She never looked on my scalp or my face. I had to show her something on my face which she dismissed. She sent my prescription over to pharmacy then said she you next year. I was stunned how quickly she was out the door. Then had to pay my deductible for that. I was back in my car and half way home at 10:40. My appointment time was 10:15. Someone please explain how that is acceptable? read more

I went in to see a dermatologist for my breakouts and saw Sheryl Wilson the PA and she prescribed me some meds to clear up my skin along with a new skincare regimen and boy did my skin really clear up!!!! I'm 37 and was breaking out really bad and now it is almost all gone ! She was really attentive and knew what was wrong right away. I will be back to do a peel with them to clear up my brown spots and I will be golden! lol read more

Staff is friendly and competent but Dr. A has issues if your a man. His other male patients confim this. After scarring my face removing a simple sun cancer he began the follow up appt. with a pointed finger declaring " I didnt do that". I had made no mention of it before to anyone. After nearly 18 years as a patient I left this practice. To say I was treated rudely would be an understatement. My time was not respected and I was told to just come back another time to finish my skin cancer screen. I was treated like a thing in an assembly line not as a human being seeking help. My biopsy was positive and was delivered brusquely as I was driving, "you have skin cancer and we need to set up surgery, then where is your pharmacy for antibiotics" no warning, no do you have any questions, nothing! Arrogance and hubris and I'll never go there again! BTW, my new derm is great and I've already referred 2 girlfriends and my MOHS surgery was successful. read more

Unless you were there you cannot make a statement such as that. One foot was off the table when he continued to dig after I experienced the first pain. That's when he stopped to administer more lidocaine and when the procedure was completed I commented I feel like I was just shot in the back, as to which one of the associates replied "It's more like I was stabbed" The doctor had disappeared even before I stood up. The only reason there was a follow up visit was to remove the stitches, no one will have any idea how much I hated to go back there. As long as my memory is being jogged, Around 2006 I visited this office and was told the doctor was running late and I could see his assistant which I agreed to. I wanted a mole removed from my forehead. Simple enough I thought. I found out a year later on my next visit when the doctor asked what happened to my forehead and I told him his assistant had removed a mole, his comment was that she did it wrong and it should have been frozen not scraped off. Wonderful! This should have been enough to warn me about this office, but familiarity brought me back, with the knowledge to see only the doctor. How many times can I be wrong? Somehow to me, the doctors' attitude reflected a change from a few years ago, he was not the person I met 10 years ago. I did notice this immediately upon greeting him this time and subsequent visit. Dr. Abrams completely lacks compassion for his patients. He has a "look, don't listen" mentality that left me crying on my way out of his office. His patronizing tone made me uncomfortable with him treating me, and I chose to leave. While I chose to receive no services, they still made me pay for the office visit. He seems like he may be a great physician clinically, however, his inability to show me respect or even listen was both frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely hope this was an isolated incident based on a personal disagreement or miscommunication. It's hard for me to believe that a physician would treat his patients this way. Catherine Deans, Esthetician for Dr. Bradley Abrams I have lived in multiple states and while I didn't always take good car of my skin (former sun worshipper) I have been to a many, many different estheticians from CA to NH and Florida. A few years ago I was sent to Dr. Bradley Abrams for a keloid scar. The staff was pretty impressive so I decided to try their esthetician, Catherine Deans Fulton. She is the best of the best. She was spot on with regards to what my skin needed. I have been gong here at least 4 years now and my skin never looked better. Its the first time I have been to a practice where its a team approach. The difference was so dramatic and significant most of my friends now go to Cathy. At least once a month they have free consults and I highly recommend you get one, you won't be sorry. Cathy is really good at her job. I never feel rushed and she goes above and beyond. She has introduced me to dermaplane and an oxygen peel. Afterwards, my skin feels so soft. I adore Cathy but I also love every person that works for Dr. Abrams. The environment he has created is totally amazing. I have had melanoma twice so its a sensitive issue for me personally. You feel special once you walk through their door. read more

I went to Abrams over a year ago and they drained a hematoma that was on my leg, took a biopsy as to why it was there, the tests came back inconclusive. That was the extent of that. No pursuing to figure out what was the cause, or how to treat it. I waited months for the remaining mark to disappear, it never did, so I went back today for them to do an examination. I waited 35 min even after being 10 minutes early(which is fine, I understand they are busy people) but the nurse and her assistant are in the room for literally 5 minutes, hand me a business card referring me to a different dermatologist. Which ok, great if y'all can't figure out what it is that is fine, but the part that has me FUMING, is the fact I had to drop $100 for them to just give me a business card to go somewhere else.... you could have told me this on the phone. But instead wasted my time and my hard earned money for you to hand me a business card. She didn't even feel the bruise or look at it closely. Thoroughly impressed with the service Dr. Abrams provided. I was nervous and he was quick, calm and got the job done perfectly.

Blue light treatment was ordered for actinic keratoses (sun damage rough spots which may infrequently progress to slow growing skin cancers) but no mention of the cost..be aware that the cost is one thousand dollars. The cost of a cream treatment applied for several weeks is a small fraction. read more
