I wanted to thank them publicly for the outstanding customer service. In the past couple years using them I have had problems with 2 shipments out of the dozens I have made. Even though both times the problem lay in the carrier, after contacting Label Peelers either by phone, where a person answers to sort out the issue, or by email, they assumed responsibility and immediately provided me with a satisfactory solution. No passing the buck from them. One contact and done. I was surprised and very pleased that I did not have to deal with the carrier and file a claim. So much so that I thought I would share this with others who are involved in this craft.

Once, I broke a door lock in our Victorian era home. I went to Eureka figuring I could find something that had the same footprint to match up so the difference in wood colour wouldn't be so noticeable. Bob, then the owner, took me to the third floor and dusted off an old display. He produced an exact duplicate, New old stock, of the lock. He then sold it to me for the price on the 1890's era price sticker.
