ABS has been caring for my large property, over 4 acres, for 2 seasons. They are very timely, reliable and very detailed. They mow, trim and clean up with great care. My propetry looks amazing. Price is very reasonable for all they do. I highly recommend! read more

So let me begin with stating this review is about customer service, not about the actual quality of the lawn care. Aaron from ABS lawn care showed up to my rental property to mow. It is a rental property so I wasn't sure if the tenant had kept up with the mowing during the beginning of spring. It seems they did not and the grass was overgrown and the price I was quoted of $70 was to be more. That i can understand. However, I received a text stating it would cost me $300 plus the $70 weekly. So, I was very confused as to the astronomical change in price and asked if we could negotiate it down slightly, or else I might need to find a different company. He said he couldn't and I was confirming the amount that needed to be paid to perform the service when out of the blue he just decided "to be honest I'm just going to have to pass." This is terrible customer service. I was willing to pay the ridiculous cost as I don't live in state and can't take care of it myself. So, I told him if he feels that I would have to leave a review because of this experience. Then he decided to berate me with texts and videos about how good his services are, how loyal his customers are, yadayadayada. No one is saying you perform poor lawncare, but your customer service is atrocious. Also, there are plenty of mowing services that don't charge $70 weekly to take care of lawns. Just go somewhere else. They are not worth it! read more

So I guess the only way to get a recommended review on yelp is to make it a complaint review. I've had multiple good reviews yet. You've only posted one good reason from last year and a bad one from entitled customer yelp is ridiculou and a waste of time. Obviously my clients wanted to put a good review.
