I had the wrong style of window put in.i was ok with the one installed but asked for some…read morecompensation for the error. This way I could put my room back in order.Instead they said they would order a new window and sometime in the future install it. Sounds good but that means I have to take every thing away from the window a second time and have my home disrupted a second time for the job to be done. They think they are providing customer service but for me it is disservice.i have called several times and each time have been told someone would get back with me. So far that no one ever calls.Poor customer service.,poor communication, not a company I would recommend

After making an online inquiry this weekend, I got a phone call within literally a minute or so…read morefrom the company. They called me, and immediately said they were recording the call, as companies assume they have the right to do now. I asked them to turn off the recording, and they said they couldn't, so I said, no thank you, I didn't need to talk to them - I would contact them during business hours if I had any further interest. In my mind, I'm done with them. The person on the other end of the phone seemed baffled that not everyone gives consent to be recorded for no good reason but ended the call. The next day the company sent an advertising email. Not a surprise. But the kicker was when they sent a salesperson, no discussion, no appointment, no permission, TO MY HOUSE, claiming randomly to 'just be in the neighborhood, finishing up a project.' This person clearly targeted my house based on the initial inquiry, and was around the time many people would be starting dinner or having family time. She clearly was uninvited. She was told I was busy, she was told I wasn't happy with Anderson's tactics, didn't take the hint, so then was told I had someone else in the house (I did - a window assessor from another company who DID have an appointment) - and when that didn't work, she finally had to be told clearly and truthfully that I wouldn't be working with Andersen before she gave up on the idea of procuring an opportunity for a sales pitch. What do we call this? Dishonest. Manipulative. Intrusive. Presumptuous. Opportunistic. Bordering on stalker sales tactics. Caveat emptor. This company gets an EQ in the negatives. Who would want to work with a company with such transparently rank ethics?
