Mirrors weren't wiped. Mold and mildew left in main shower. When approached cleaner was told they didn't have anything in their kit but they could call the office to see what cleaner they were allowed to use for it. Asked for fan blades to be hit. The bottoms were but not the tops. All that was wiped was left on my couch from everything that was wiped off the bottom of the fan blades. Microwave was touched on outside not inside. Floors were a once over. When speaking to Bill was told we don't do two people just one individual. Told we signed off on everything stating we were happy with everything. We were MADE to sign all forms BEFORE cleaning began and nothing after cleaner had finished. Asked about mold and mildew and was told due to the caustic nature of the products they don't use them but that WE could use something like X14. Bill did offer to send the same cleaner back the next day and we could have a list ready to go of everything we wanted. We declined and stated we would be going a different route. I will attest to the fact that Bill did offer to remedy what we felt should have been done but by then the damage had been done. I didn't feel as though sending the same individual back the next day would be best for either party. They do reach out to you quickly it's just not the type of cleaning one would desire. It's disappointing to wind up cleaning your house after having paid someone to do it already.

This latest time I called them a week ago and they were prompt on calling me back to go over the issue. They set up an appointment and were out here within 24 hours fixed the problem and was gone. We have nothing but high praise for Window World and the windows that we have in our house. That the work would be top quilty and professional. When the countertops were installed the caulking was not done correctly and some areas not done at all. I called Chris the installation manager about the issue but he refused to return my call. I had to take time off from work to go to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops about the issue. Even then I was not able to speak to Chris or any manager about the issue. When they came back to install the backsplash they brought the wrong backsplash to my house. Then when they did bring the right backsplash it was not what I had approved. It was missing an outlet cutout that I had called out on the slabsmith. I was reassured by Nayeli that the outlet was not missing and would be cutout. Now I'm stuck with a slab that I didn't approve. Went back to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops and asked to speak to a manager. Again I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manger about it.
