The first time was for a bat inside our pool enclosure, which Andrew caught and relocated. He also sealed all potential entries to prevent bats or other critters from getting into our attic. The second time was for field rats, again, inside our pool enclosure. Since our home backs up to preserves, it is not uncommon for critters to want to invite themselves in. Austin set traps and Andrew sealed potential entry points to the pool enclosure and again up on the roof (a new roof from the previous one he had previously sealed) to prevent entry into the attic. For now, we are free of uninvited guests, thanks to Austin and Andrew. They were great to work with and we will use their service again in the future, if needed.

I have been using Available Pest Control for one year. They came recommended by a family member of…read morethe owner. Danilo was my technician and he always did a great job. Recently, I had an issue with pests. It was about 40 days into my quarterly visit which was 'May 31st. I called the office and informed them but the scheduler couldn't get me in until August 2nd. (Mind you I called the 2nd week of July.) I was informed to call back the next week to see if there was a cancellation, which I did the following week, but they only had something one day sooner. During this initial conversation, I explained to the scheduler that since I wasn't due for my quarterly service and that since I had seen pests, would I get a free re-treat service which is their policy written on the invoice. She needed to look into it. I didn't hear anything else from them until they called to confirm my appt a couple of days before it. When I called back to confirm, I again mentioned the free re-treat and had to explain "their policy" written on the invoice. The scheduler said she would talk to management and call me back. She calls back a few minutes later and stated management said I would still have to pay, even though this was NOT my quarterly appt. and they would not follow their own policy. I explained to the scheduler that I called weeks ago for an appt. because of a problem and she stated she explained that to them. I told her I've never had any issues with this company and was confused to why they wouldn't follow their own policy! She didn't know, told me she gave them all of this information, but was frustrated and said she would talk to management again, call me back, and also cancelled my appt. for the 2nd. This was on August 1st. Needless to say, it's almost a week later and no one has contacted me and I guess this is how they value their customers. Shame on them! Don't have a written policy if you're not going to follow it! Management could have at least called and explained why. I have recommended them to other co-workers but never again. Please beware!! Update: Today Marilyn, who is the scheduler, called me after hearing about the Yelp review. She was very apologetic about how she handled my situation and took ownership for her actions. She made things right with me and made sure I was ok and happy with the new outcome. I am actually very happy with the outcome and will continue to use Available Pest Control.

I spoke to a very nice man named Scott who said he could fit me in on Monday (I was freaking out about the possibility of mice in my garage!!). He arrived promptly at 5:30pm as promised and immediately started looking around. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Told me what I was doing wrong (who knew you didn't place the poison feeders inside?!) and areas of the garage that could be sealed up. He even offered to go up in my attic to make sure there weren't any creatures in the house. This involved going into a very small attic crawl space on a HOT Florida afternoon. He inspected the outside of my house and pointed out areas where there were potential problems. He told me he could fix the holes in my garage where animals could get in for about $200, but was very honest about how I could probably do it myself - he even told me the tool and supplies I'd need. There was no charge for the initial visit and I truly appreciated his honesty and instructions. If I ever have another wildlife issue these are the first people I will call! Our dog has even chased it a few times late at night. It was our tree and hedge guy that found a burrow underneath our A/C unit. Of all the places why ours??? I did a little research and found CritterPro. They have good reviews so I sent them a message on their website and they called me within 15 minutes. I spoke to Edward and described the problem. He gave me a reasonable estimate and we set up a time for him to come up and set a trap. On the day, he called me about and hour early asking if he could swing by and I agreed. Edward was really nice. I showed him all the holes and the a/c unit. He stated that the A/C unit doesn't appear to have been used recently and offered to fill it in. As for the holes in our fence, we could block it with rocks or pavers to prevent them from slipping in again. If the critter comes back he said to give him a call. Let's see if he comes back. Well, it did. I called back and Edward came back out with a trap. He explained to me how the trap worked and how to free any other animals that may get caught in it by accident. The very next day the armadillo was caught, I called them, they took it away and refilled the whole it made. Two days later, another hole was created. Ugh, another one! This time Austin came out and reset the trap. He was so polite and answered any questions I had and tested the trap at least 3 times to make sure it worked. It took few days and even had to had to flip the trap around as we heard some squeaking from the hole, then we finally got'em! They came back out to pick up the trap and the picked up the little guy. Unfortunately that wasn't the last one, so we had another trap set up and caught a third one! We thought that there might be a fourth one but all we've caught so far is a possum. It's been pretty quiet so far. Hopefully that's the last of them. Thanks CritterPro for everything!

They came out very promptly and assessed the evidence of the wild boar destruction path in the back grass area. They then returned the next day with a massage cage they put up in just the right spot. Each side of the cage had to be wheeled back one by one it's so heavy. They put up a pole with a camera so they could start remotely observing activity and baited inside the cage. After just a couple days we had 5 inside around 8pm. I'm thinking okay we got em. They're like no we're waiting because we want to get them all and we think there's more. I'm thinking we lost our chance. Haha the very next night, exact same time 9 wild boar entered the cage! They remotely dropped the cage and notified us right away. They kept in contact communication with us and sent us pictures from the cameras leading up to this point. They were always available for questions or concerns. The very next morning they all arrived to humanely remove each wild boar from the cage. They even utilized water hoses to keep hosing them inside the trailer to keep them cooled off the best they could. In this Florida heat and dealing with wild boars, which is NOT an easy task, they were all so mannerly and gracious. They kept the cage up over the weekend just in case there were more, which there was not so they came back after a few days and removed the cage. Clearly they know exactly what they're doing and are great at it with each other in their communications and game planning.
