Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? I was very impressed with his ability to get out some of the ware spots in the high traffic areas. Our carpets look brand new, and the house smells great. He arrived at 9 AM, and finished six rooms and the stairway in an hour and 45 minutes. It's now an hour later, and the carpets are nearly dry and most rooms. We asked Doug to use a fragrance free product and he gave us the advice that the fragrance free product might not pick up the trapped oils as well, but he did what we asked. Then he called. He felt the carpet really didn't look as good as it could, even though it started out very dirty. So he started twice as long, went through and cleaned it again with a regular cleaner that had a degreaser in it. He left the air movers over the weekend and there wasn't any odor when we opened for business.
