I had scheduled transportation both to the Fresno airport and from LAX to destination with another company called 24/7 Ride. Less than 12 hours from our morning pickup time I received cancelation emails, no phone calls or even a text message. Seriously? Had I depended on their previous TWO CONFIRMATIONS and not been triple checking everything I wouldn't have seen the emails and we would have missed the flight. The most wonderful thing about VIP TRANSPORTATION (which isn't provided at that other place) is a REAL LIVE PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE! No long waits on hold listening to recording of how great they AREN'T. When I called, desperate now to find a ride, VIP answered the phone and spoke with me person to person and we worked out a time. Equally important, they said they would absolutely be there. You know what? They were. The driver arrived two minutes early and we made our flight easily. When I need any transportation services again in their area VIP Transportation will be my Only Call. Real People, Real Service, Reliable.

We were looking for a party bus type of atmosphere with a more elegant ride and I have to say Exclusive Limousines was the perfect fit. To start out they were extremely punctual and actually showed up a half our early (or more). The driver, James, was very cordial and engaging yet at other times we forgot he was there. He played it perfectly all while making sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our excursion. In fact, at one point one of our friends made quite a mess of things and surprisingly enough James was unfazed by the chaos/mess and took matters into his own hands to make sure the fun continued. The van itself was practically brand new, clean, and well-kept. As for the size there were only 10 of us but there was more than enough space for the 15-person limit would be just fine. I would highly recommended Exclusive Limousines if you're looking for a fun/party like atmosphere as they truly made it an unforgettable experience. He arrived within a few min of me calling and was helpful and understanding. I felt safe and comfortable, unlike I've had in the past with Uber and Lyft drivers using their job as a dating service trying to get my number, etc. Dave was friendly and professional and even helped again by driving me back to my car the next day. I don't understand why people on here are complaining about the fees, I found the fare reasonable and worth the peace of mind knowing taxi drivers have been vetted and background checked, unlike Uber/Lyft drivers. I highly recommend Dave for your transportation needs in the future!

REVISION: Michelle responded quickly to my one-star review and I want to change that to a four-star review, because everything I've read sounds like she's amazing and wonderful, and she responded to my complaint very quickly. I'm sure I'll give her that fifth star as soon as I get a chance to ride with her. Michelle, I apologize for being cranky. I was in a car accident a few months ago and have a herniated disc in my neck, and two pinched nerves with bulging discs in my back, plus I twisted my knee a couple of days ago on top of that. So I've been in a lot of pain and was really hurting and stressed out. This is going to be a long story, but I want you to understand there were some serious extenuating circumstances to my rude review. I was meeting some prior very special students of mine from Bakersfield, who I rarely get to see, and who had taken the train to visit me at the Renaissance Faire. They were only going to be here for a little while, as they were taking the train back home at 2:30 pm, so I was REALLY struggling to get ready to meet them (it's really hard to get dressed quickly when you're in all of this pain ). Then I tried to get in my car and I realized my knee had gotten so swollen I couldn't get it to bend enough to do that. So then I was really freaked out. I have a wonderful private driver I use now and then when my car is in the shop or I have to go to the train station, and I called him but he was on an out-of-town pick-up and couldn't get to me quickly. So I tried three more people and was really frustrated that no one answered their phone. So that's the state of mind I was in Michelle, when I wrote that review, and I apologize and thank you for your quick response. Our car, which had all of our road trip belongings, died on our way up the road to the park. We hitchhiked our way back down, and with little service and no access to any Ubers or taxis in Three Rivers, the server at The Gateway provided us with the phone number for Three Rivers Transportation Delivery Service--specifically, Trent. The sun was setting, and we were running out of options, so when Trent picked up and agreed to come, it was one of the greatest reliefs I'd had in a long time. Throughout the next few days, as we had to figure out how to 1 - get the car off the side of the mountain, 2 - deal with a totaled car, 3 - sell the totaled car, 4 - eat/sleep, and 5 - figure out how to get home to Colorado, Trent was our angel. He helped us during every step of the way, even though he didn't have to. He's a beloved member of the Three Rivers community--and it makes sense! He is one of the kindest, most considerate, and all-around lovely individuals I've ever run into. Thank you for all that you do, Trent! Their prices are reasonable and they even accommodated my hours for the bull. They arrived early and set everything up. The bull is just as pictured on the site and it was clean. Best experience with a limo company I've ever had! I've used ACL multiple times for different events: my wedding, bachelorette party, birthday dinners, and wine tasting. Every experience was great. I called different limo companies and ACL had the best price. It took one booking with them to know I would never need to use another company! Our drivers for every booking were awesome people...showed up on time, and not only did they dress professional but acted like it too! I've used both big and small party buses, the hummer, and the Chrysler! All of them were perfectly clean when we were picked up. I can't complain about the times I've used them! My husband's the one that's usually picky or has a complaint about something, but even he didn't have anything to say except "when are they picking us up next?" Haha! read more

Went wine tasting yesterday with a small group of friends. Our driver Frank was amazing, even volunteered to take some group photos of us. The bus we had, has a bathroom on board.
