We reserved a party bus for my daughters 15th bday Quinceanera. For some reason we were outsourced to a third party company out of Visalia. When the bus showed up the driver seemed nice. My fiance asked for a receipt when he was handing cash to pay and the driver told him he couldn't give him one because he didn't ask for one at the time he reserved the bus. Anyway that was taken care of and I went up to the driver to remind him where to take the kids. He didn't want to hear about it he said your husband already told me.... Okayyy. So we sent the kids off and received a call later telling me that it smelled on the bus. I didn't smell anything when I got on to check it out. Later I asked the kids how the ride went... And they said the music had NO BASS We are total music lovers and this is a vibe killer for me. They also told me that they had to figure out how to use it themselves...I wish I would have helped them set it up when they first got here as they are all 14 and 15 year olds They also told me that the driver was not very nice and was kind of yelling at them...they thought maybe he was a new driver. Overall they were happy with their ride. I hope when the staff reads this they can make adjustments because it's all about that bass! read more

I had come to Clovis to help my 86 year old father with stage four cancer get ready to travel to a lifesaving procedure in Southern California. I had scheduled transportation both to the Fresno airport and from LAX to destination with another company called 24/7 Ride. Less than 12 hours from our morning pickup time I received cancelation emails, no phone calls or even a text message. Seriously? Had I depended on their previous TWO CONFIRMATIONS and not been triple checking everything I wouldn't have seen the emails and we would have missed the flight. The most wonderful thing about VIP TRANSPORTATION (which isn't provided at that other place) is a REAL LIVE PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE! No long waits on hold listening to recording of how great they AREN'T. When I called, desperate now to find a ride, VIP answered the phone and spoke with me person to person and we worked out a time. Equally important, they said they would absolutely be there. You know what? They were. The driver arrived two minutes early and we made our flight easily. I can't even put into words how impressed I was with VIP and the service Nick provided. We utilized VIP service this past Saturday March 23, 2019 to provide a ride for an older gentleman (Mr. C) from Oakhurst to Madera. We were told that Mr. C was ambulatory and needed no assistance or additional services. We were misinformed. However we did not even know the extent of the help that was needed because Nick picked him up and handled ALL of the unexpected problems that were encountered at the nursing home. We did not find out about this situation until Nick arrived on site and began to unload Mr. C's wheel chair from the trunk of the car. Nick handled the situation with dignity and respect. He treated Mr. C like he was a long-time friend whose company and conversation was the highlight of his day. He made on old man very happy. VIP Transportation is the best. Expected nothing less than a great experience when booking our ride with V.I.P. Transportation, but the "post ride reviews" from our littles, bumped these guys up to EXCEPTIONAL! 9 kiddos, ages seven to fourteen, for a surprise, last day of school Stretch pickup for my 6th grader. Driver not only had 5 moms completely comfortable with leaving our children in his care, but also entertained and accommodated our creative ((aka Pinterest)) ideas. We had an awesome overall experience but it was the reports from our kids that was so touching, it became my personal favorite part of the day. One couldn't stop talking about him and said she never ever wanted another "bus driver". Another completely omitted the pool party, just to see him off. Used VIP Transportation for the first time this morning for a ride to the airport for an early AM flight. Quite a pleasurable experience. Glen arrived in his Lincoln Towncar a few minutes early, called to let us know he was waiting patiently for us. He was so kind and quite chipper for 5am. He loaded our bags for us and even provided bottles of water in the car for us. He got us to the airport easily without having to ask us how to get there from our house (like previous taxi-cab experiences).
