The WORST WORST WORST service you can get from a limousine driver/company. We rented a limo June…read more08,2024 for 3 hrs for a quinceañera. Start time was supposed to be 12:30 and the lady driver called at 12:17 that she was running late due to traffic. Limo gets there and waits until everyone gets on, and they leave. We call the limo driver and ask her to come back because one of the little kids ended up wanting to go on the limo, (mind you they had barely left). The driver had thrown the biggest fit, saying she could not go back for anyone because they had already left. We end up meeting her down the road and we get the kid in the limo and she starts rambling about how we were talking to her like a child and so on, we ignored her and walked away. She drops the kids off at the church, we do the misa and take pictures, we finish around 3pm. So we are trying to load the kids up to the limo and she says that we need to call Ernie (the boss) because we went over time and she can't load the kids up in the limo until we call him. Call him and explain to him that we rented from 12:30pm-3:30pm plus she was late to begin with and it was barely 3pm and it took 15-20 min to get to the venue. He told us okay she's going to just drop off the kids at the venue and there no problem. We end up getting to the venue and the kids are already there. Limo was parked in the road and she was standing outside the venue. The quinceañera tells me that she won't leave because we have to pay her tip and she's trying to charge us extra for the "overtime". I go and talk to her in a calmly manner and she goes about talking about we have to tip her $60 and since we went "over" she now wanted a $100 tip. I explained to her in the contract we are supposed to tip but not a certain amount just required to tip something, also we did not go over time. The time was 12:30-3:30 and she was even late to the house picking them up. She goes on about that it says that she has the contact in the limo and in the contract we have to pay her, so I ask her to show me in the contract that we owe her a certain amount. She goes to the Limo and comes back WITH A HAND WRITTEN CONTRACT ON LINE PAPER SAYING WE OWE HER $100. I said that's not the contract we signed and it's not even a real contract. She calls her boss Ernie saying that we're not going to pay her. Ernie goes about saying that they are going to call the cops on us for not tipping. (Not that we would not have tipped her but she was already yelling at me and rude to the quinceañera and the conversation was getting heated). She ends up walking away calling me a "pregnant b****" getting in her limo and sped off.

I ordered this service for my sister and her husband for after their wedding, and they were going to be going to a friend's, home, then their hotel. This service let me dictate all that, but it was also included in the amount of time that I booked the service for. So there are options for one way, and by the hour. I was also glad to not have to rent a whole limo, as they have town cars too! The service itself from what i experienced and from what I heard, top notch. Randy was their driver and he made it a fun evening for them. This was so great to hear, especially after some air had been let out of their balloon after some drama from another vendor and then from some family as well. He was polite, courteous, friendly and communicative. They all even ended up at in and out and took some photos! Overall great experience with touch of class, and I will definitely use their services again for a high class occasion or if I need to impress someone. :) I say if this way because the service does cost you a pretty penny, but if you consider how much a DUI is now a days, it's so much better to spend the money this way!!

For starters, the driver was absolutely late picking up the bride and bridesmaids- we were standing outside in the hot sun to be ready to all hop in and rush to the church across town. Multiple calls were made to the company, only to get excuses. Finally, the limo drives up and smells like it was burning, I even made a comment to the driver about it smelling like burning brakes; to which the driver responds, "yea, it probably is the brakes." We ask why he's so late, and he has 2 reasons: 1. The guys were late, and 2. he was called on emergency status, he wasn't supposed to be our driver. We all hop in the limo, I was sitting in the very back seat, and I could see 2 air vents with no cover- literally just holes. (Not to mention the rust spots on the roof of the limo) We are now so late, that we get a call saying that if we did not make it to the church in 10 minutes, the wedding was going to be canceled! Driver, please speed up a bit! Driver should have known his route, but instead was just kind of ...lost? Ok, now fast forward past the condensed ceremony (we were sooo late that the ceremony was literally an express service). Guess what happens next? THE LIMO DOES NOT START! Hood was popped open, a guest to the ceremony pulls up his truck and is attempting to jump start the limo! The groom and groomsmen are trying to figure out what's wrong, working on the limo in SUITS! Supposedly, they were sending a replacement- did it ever arrive? Absolutely not. Things happen, yes, small things that have workarounds. Disasters? Disasters are not supposed to happen when you book months in advance! Professionalism should never be a question, and in this disastrous situation, professionalism LACKED 100,000%. From getting the run around and being extremely late (which, I personally believe that the vehicle had already stalled on the driver and that is why he was so late), to the condition of the vehicle, to the complete lack of offering a Plan B. Please beware! Nobody should have to have such a horrible experience on their wedding day!

On the day of the event they agreed that the service was unacceptable and that we would discuss a refund the next day. Since then (over 3 months ago) they have not replied to my persistent emails or phone calls. What kind of customer service is that? It'd be one thing if they apologized and said that they simply couldn't refund the money. What infuriates me and my family is that they won't get back to us. Awful people, awful service, awful company.
