Communication was consistently slow -- responses to calls, texts, and emails usually came at the end of the day with 1-2 day delays. Despite repeatedly being told "we're still on track," deadlines kept slipping. They also were not clear on terms of escrow and buffer from the start causing thousands more needing brought to closing. The deal finally closed over three weeks late, creating unnecessary complications and stress. Their unprofessional approach showed little regard for how delays affect investors' timelines, cash flow, and business plans not to mention the seller, realtors, and title parties involved.
