We rented tables, table clothes, & chairs from Absolute Event Rentals for my daughter's medical school graduation and Air Force promotion party, and many of the folding chairs were so rusted they were unsafe to use and aesthetically would've ruined the upscale party we put together, had we used them. We had to scramble on the day of the event to borrow chairs from friends. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive. After several emails, they admitted they had gone through their inventory but still offered nothing for the unusable chairs. When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I recommend choosing another rental company that values its customers and ensures proper quality inspections. read more

Legit but ***before signing/paying, make sure to confirm the Company's holiday hours/pickup expectations*** I was really REALLY screwed/sketched out when they informed me (via email) at the LAST minute (literally minutes before closing the day before my event) that they would be closed all Thanksgiving. I called Absolute Party Rentals to find out about putting a dance floor over my pool. I was so surprised to get a quote right away and ask them how they were able to do it without seeing my pool they responded through Zillow and satellite images. Their measurements were spot on they proceeded to come over Albert and Iris were amazing professional not only did I get the pool covered in a beautiful Lucite with white trim they tented my whole backyard with beautiful lights inside. I rented all my tables linens chairs flatware and Porta John trailer. It was truly a one stop shop they came back a day after my event and disassembled everything in my backyard and it was back to normal in a day. Very disappointed on the day of my event did not send me an email or notified me THEY WERE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES ;(((( Woke up saturday morning thinking I got confirmation from everyone except the rental ( very important for a party), wrote them an email got an answer at 10 am in the morning that they will not provide the service to me on the same day of my event.... it took me all morning to find another company to provide the tables, chairs etc. USED THEM IN THE PAST ... but, will never again will take a risk of going thru that sour moment on the day of your event not having tables and chairs and all the rental stuff that you need for a a party. As a small business owner myself, I was thrilled to find this local party rental company. They came out and measured to give me a custom dance floor area which looked amazing! Great company to work with. I hosted a baby shower this past weekend and rented tables, chairs, and champagne flutes. The quality of those items was excellent. The service was also great. My event was on Saturday. They promptly came on Friday to deliver and picked up early on Monday. They notified me when they were gonna arrive, which I thought was considerate and professional. The men who came to deliver were professional and friendly. They set up the cushions on the chairs too! I will definitely rent from them for my next event. A 5 star experience for sure! read more

I used this company for our wedding, which was held on a Sunday in a local city park. I called around a number of local rental places, and was met with either just a refusal to deliver on a Sunday, or to a park, or an outrageous Sunday delivery fee. Not so with Absolute, they were very polite and courteous, and although they DO have a Sunday delivery fee, it was very reasonable (honestly, I didn't mind paying extra for a Sunday, I just felt some places were excessive with it). They turned up right on time, were super helpful while unloading and setting up the tables (we set up the chairs), and wished us luck. Also very nice and prompt for pickup.
