Less than a week before I was having a party to celebrate my 30 year old son I thought having a water slide would be a fun addition for him and his friends. I called and they could not have been nicer! They had a slide available and were very accommodating on times to set up and pick up. The guys that delivered, set up and picked up were terrific. Horrible company. Bounce house kept deflating while children inside. Owner took no responsibility. Never offered generator which he said would have solved the problem. Had use of bounce house for 40 mins and wouldn't refund any of our money. Took forever to get in contact with owner. He just kept giving excuses about what happened. They also make you pay in cash so that you can't dispute the charges. And it's funny how the first excellent review on here is from the owner himself. I would avoid doing business with this company. I had a sub standard experience with late set up times because of generator issues, the driver couldnt find the location, didn't have the sandbags to secure the bouncy house in high winds which delayed the setup. Generator failed half way through the party and after calling to request a partial credit, I was offered $10.00. Very dissatisfied, and wouldn't use again. read more

I had not read the reviews before booking this vendor, and luckily I didn't because it would have deterred me from using what turned out to be one of the most professional vendors I have ever used in my 11 years of ordering birthday bounce houses in Palm Beach County! The owner was knowledgeable regarding permits required for certain parks, his insurance was already on file with the county, the set-up guys were so nice and helped me set-up chairs and tables and showed me where an extra outlet was on the generator (which I needed to blow up 150 balloons). Check reviews on the company BEFORE booking your party! There have been many complaints filed against this company to the BBB, most of these are due to issues with products & services. Wish I would have done this before doing business with this company, however, I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB. When I booked a module bounce house for my 3 year olds birthday party, Kidsbounce4fun told me that I had to also rent a generator since the park did not have power. The total came to $172 plus tax for FOUR hours. When the drivers arrived, I had to pay in cash BEFORE they would set up the bounce house. The parks & recreations representative told them to set it up in a certain area, away from the playground but when he walked away they put the generator a foot away from the playground where there were tons of kids playing. I had to ask them to move it because it wasn't safe there. After the bounce house was up, they left before I could look at it and I quickly learned why. The netting surrounding the bounce house had holes and it seemed that someone tried patching them back screen material. The patching was also partially coming off and flapping in the wind. Additionally, the bounce house was very dirty - the kids didn't even want to play it in! About an hour into the party, the parks & recreations rep came back and asked why they were running a generator. I told him what was advised to me by this company and he said they DO have power at the park!! I immediately called Kidsbounce4fun, spoke with Jason, who said he had no idea and he will have the driver refund the cost of the generator when they picked up the bounce house. I also told him about the condition of the bounce house and he said he will speak with the driver to see what was going on. I NEVER heard back from Jason regarding the terrible low quality condition of the equipment. I was so upset, I called the driver and asked that he come pick it up. Although, I did receive a refund on the generator, I am not a happy customer. The company advertises they are "#1 in South Florida" but this is an outright lie. Save yourself the stress and choose another company for your child's birthday party. read more

This company saved me! Another bounce house company that I spoke to 10 times in the past few weeks reassured me that everything was ok. Last minute, they told me they have had the bounce house I wanted booked since 3 months ago. I was so upset because I really wanted the dancing dome for New Years. I started calling around and realized they have it too! Not only that but for half the price I had been paying. I ended up getting everything from them- 2 bounce houses and all my tables and chairs. They got here hours earlier for setup and the owner I spoke to on the phone as well as the delivery guy were incredibly nice and helpful and accommodating. Everything went without a hitch. Even when we had speaker setup issues, the delivery guy stayed with me fixing it until it was setup correctly. My only complaint may be that the rental chairs were all rusted. Aside from that, everything was perfect!!! Thank you for your amazing customer service and for a very happy new year! I'll definitely be calling you for other birthdays and parties! read more

I rented a bounce house with a water slide for my 3 year old daughters birthday party. They required I pay the $218 rental fee in cash before they set up. Once set up I found that the unit was in major disrepair. First - the handles to climb up to the top of the slide were ripped so the kids could hardly climb to the top of the slide. Second-At the top of the slide there was a huge rip in the fabric. This was very dangerous because a child\'s foot could get stuck in the tear. Third- There was supposed to be a pool at the bottom of the slide. The pool was missing. They brought a tarp as a replacement, this is not acceptable. I canceled the order immediately and luckily I found another company to bring a replacement right away. They told me I couldn't get my $ back that day because the driver put it in a lock box. On the next work day I spoke to the owner Rod Maldonado and he said he would send me a check. I never got it. Next I will report his company to the BBB. Such a horrible experience. Incorrect items were delivered, it took several hours to bring the correct items, and even made me pay cash before they would correct their mistake, They tried to switch out items at delivery and didn't think that I would notice or care. I ended up paying for items that were not delivered. They set up the inflatable, but not any other items I ordered, tables, chairs etc.. When I started setting up the chairs to find that they were disgusting! The beginning of my party was guests setting up and cleaning their own chairs. It was highly embarrassing! Its a joke to get the owner on the phone. When I finally did, he promised to refund my money, but its been weeks and I have not gotten a check. Now he will not return my calls. read more
