I'm not going to go into all the details, but this center has been around for a very long time and I have lots of great memories from it. A long time friend of mine had her baby shower there and it was nicely done. The center provides the place for rental and the rest is up to the client on what they want to do with additional fees. The decorations were adorable and the tables were set up beautifully with the food and gifts. There was group about 50 people and it was more than enough room for all of us to move without pushing one another out of the way. The cultural center is one of the main buildings out in the western communities and it's ideal for hosting events such as parties, showers, dances, games, etc. It's very clean and there is a lot of parking available. It still reminds strong and standing for over twenty years and it's a great place for the local residents to consider if they want to have an event or celebration.

We attended a concert at the Cultural Center this past weekend and really enjoyed the facility. The…read moreparking was plentiful and close to the entrance so you don't have to walk far. The restrooms and the conference room were clean. The staff was all very attentive. We had a meal provided by a local catering company and it was outstanding as well. If there were ever to be an event that I am interested in attending here again I would certainly do so.

The cocktail's were outstanding. The hors d'oeuvres were wonderful. And the we sat down to dinner. The served braised brisket with a wonderful gravy/ Sauce that was very tender. They also had a piece of grouper on the plate which was delicious, also had a light lemony sauce on it. Polenta.And sweet potatoes. Beautiful presentation and everything was good. One of my favorite spots was the pool bar on the 8th floor. I loved the canopy over the bar. It was absolutely beautiful. I spend most of my time there. The pool was not to big but long. It had a nice view. I was happily surprised with the room they prepared for the soccer tournament with the multiple TVs playing the different games and the table games. That was a nice touch. This property has The Circuit that stops right in front and takes around the city. The hotel is in an excellent spot. Near, I found things to do and had fun. My time here was fun.

From the moment of arrival to departure, we were treated very well. The Ben is breathtakingly decorated with greenery and art design to mimic the appearance and beauty of what Palm Beach represents. At check in, Angelina provided us with complimentary spring water in beautifully designed water boxes and our wristband room keys. The complimentary Paloma Angelina presented was sinfully delicious. What a great way to start our stay. Our waterfront rooms faced the Palm Harbor Marina with views overlooking the harbor, Codes (stainless steel and glass sculptures), and a view of Palm Beach Island and the Intracoastal Waterway. In room amenities included thick plush towels, soft robes and slippers. Closets also included a safe, full size ironing board, iron, and a steamer. Two large umbrellas hung in the closet in case of rainy weather. The bar and refrigerator were stocked with alcohol, snacks, and more water. The beds are comfortable and featured sheets stitched with The Ben's name and logo. Hotel amenities included a rooftop pool, glass elevator, gym, and room service. Complimentary bikes and shuttle services are available. Bruno, a Circuit vehicle, provides rides exclusively for The Ben guests anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. There is also a Book Butler that can bring you a curated and rotated book delivered on a silver platter! Tatianna, at the Front Desk, answered questions and provided good breakfast recommendations. Kevin, Bell Services, was also helpful. He made sure I had all the information on how to schedule a ride with Bruno and that we had water boxes for our trip and activities we had planned for the day. Kevin also provided good recommendations for places to visit and things to do. I would not hesitate staying at the Ben next time I am in the West Palm Beach. I am so happy we "found" this hotel! And people enjoying a common interest in fast beautiful cars, beautiful people of all ethnicities. I was just vibing and thinking how I am going to fight these migraines later. But, I notice a guy kept watching me. I went on about my business. Then heard someone say " Sir are you a Veteran?" When I turned around he said," I got a surprise for you. We are treating Veterans to a ride along with one of the Drift Driver. " man, I never dreamed I would be in one of these cars. As a matter of fact, I thought all that power would snap my neck or break my back. The hard part was getting in and out and getting snapped into the seat beats. With all those horse power and speed. You wouldn't believe how smooth and comfortable that The car ride like a BMW or Mercedes Benz. When he's going through the course and switching those gears. You don't even notice the loud noise. What a good high it is Love It !

Security at the gate was apparently uninformed of the plant sale as early arrivals were sent to the wrong place. 2. As the third person in the door, I was very surprised to find several plants had already been "bought" and were already in the holding area for pickup. 3. Lots of plant areas labeled on the map, and accordingly labeled on the floor, were empty and there were no such items for sale. 4. Having the checkout area run by whoever chose to show up that day meant that there was no consistency, some lines had to unload their carts onto the tables, some were scanned in wagons, and other people tore their own tags.

Instead of finishing the decor we discussed she found it more important to show other STRANGERS inside my event, even though when I previously came to see the venue I was turned away because there was an event going on. Completely unprofessional. Didn't have ANY cold drinks for my guests when they arrived at 2pm despite us dropping off all the beverages the day before. Yelling at guests, yelling at her own servers and bar tenders because she failed to get them ready for the event. She had no appetizers out during cocktail hour, my mother had to take her to the fridge to show her the appetizers that she BROUGHT TO HER that morning. Gave them to her directly yet she yelled at my mother saying we have no appetizers then didn't even apologize for being wrong. If she was a real woman of church she would have atleast offered some type of refund. Terrible place. Do not be like me and give her the benefit of the doubt, go elsewhere. I called several times asking for an upgrade if there were a cancellations. However, when we arrived and room choices were still a bit limited, the Colony made a wonderful and significant upgrade for us and we could not be more appreciative. To say above and beyond would be understating. So...what about everything else? From the time you're greeted by the bellmen, to the check-in process, the employees could not be more friendly and accomodating. The bartenders are long time employees, and very nice folks. The servers too are great. Management has done a fantastic job creating a welcoming atmosphere where one feels right at home. The restaurant, Swifty's, is excellent. Breakfast poolside is always nice. Early riser? Coffee and a choice of newspapers are alway waiting for you. Take it outside by the pool and have a quiet morning before starting the day.
